This smart plug is very easy to pair with Alexa. The best thing about it is the long range. Now I can turn off lights upstairs using Alexa without having to walk upstairs.

Bought them last July, 2022. They worked well -didn’t help much in what space saving concerns connected to wall outlets, but they worked fine. The electricity had some issues, it went off and then came back like 4 times in a lapse of two weeks. Today one of the outlets is dead, it just started a click noice and turning 0n and of the light, didn’t stopped even they I restarted, clicking continued until it stopped working, doesn’t turn on anymore; the other one seems to be working well -still. I have many smart plugs, but most of them are Kasa brand, they have never failed, the only thing with Kasa plugs is the size, too big for a wall outlet.

I’ve been used these sockets for many years already. This time I decided to add a few sockets, but received defective. Seller’s support immediately sent be a replacement and now it works well! As of the device itself, if it’s not defective, no issues so far! I’ll certainly buy it again!

Cannot link to devices despite multiple attempts. Terrible instructions and support. Follow up: my connection problem was the bit speed of the internet connection. The devices cannot connect to 5 mps, but are fine with 2.4 mos. Once we figured that out, they worked fine.

Bought these to control our Christmas lights. Tree outlet is behind the tree and a pain to get to. This was an easy solution to that problem. Also used the timer feature to control the outside lights and upstairs window lights. These worked great. Used the app to set timers and control them. Integration was super simple. Working great.

Pro: compact, seem to be well built, integrate nicely with Alexa. I recommend setting them up all at once, even eif youre not going to use them all at once. Then when youre ready, plug one of the already programmed plugs in, and let Alexa know what you want to do with it. Con: the instructions were a little vague. Once I figured them out, all work well.

I liked they were easy to install and compatible with Alexa

I love that I can set and control this socket from my phone. When I come home, the house is lit up and looks great.

At first it was great! I have a ceiling lamp plugged into it. Got it synced with the app no problem Today 4.5months later (got in april) it began turning on/off intermittently. I first thought it was the outlet but plugged into other outlets and same result. Then whenever plugged in it does this clicking noise from the unit too. I’ve unplugged and will just toss. Really enjoyed it but should last longer.

I Use these on several things around the house for automation. These cost less than clock style timers and offer way more flexibility in setup. Ive had some of these for over a year and had zero issues with any of them. I will definitely buy these again
