The chocolate flavor is very tasty! I put 1/4 banana and skim milk into a blender, and it makes the closest thing one could have to a milkshake! It does contain sugar -- 120 calories per 2 scoop serving (scoop is included inside the product, probably near the bottom of the can!). It also contains the sweetener stevia. It works out to about $1/serving. One competing product has fewer calories, but the cost of the competing product is about twice as much. I wish Amazon included nutrition labeling for every product, but here is further nutrition labeling info, again per 2 scoop serving -- 20 grams protein (40% daily value), 8 grams carbs (3%), ZERO fat!! Product should be kept under 86 degree temps. I purchased this product for my high school football-playing son for protein, and for myself to fill me up and help lose weight. Im not sure if it will serve the purpose of helping me lose weight, but it certainly tastes GREAT, and is a great 120 calorie milkshake substitute! I will probably try their berry flavor next. Again -- did I say this already? -- the chocolate flavor tastes GREAT!!!

My go to protein powder. I did Beach Bodys Insanity and was DYING every week, sore and stiff, even if the exercises were becoming easier. On a personal trainers recommendation, I started using Biochems Whey Natural, and I seriously felt that I not only recovered faster, but I felt a significant difference in my muscle growth. In conjunction with using BB Insanity for 2-3 months, adhering to a clean and moderate diet, I lost my target 17lbs, from 139lbs to 122lbs and actually kept it off. It was great! I used a scoop of this in my berry smoothie post workout, in conjunction with Garden of Life Detoxifiber. Never had any adverse effects and have relied on it for 3 more years after I first used it whenever Im working out. I was definitely super fit after the intense program, though not terribly cut, which I didnt want to be. My muscles were rock hard, but I wasnt aiming to get shredded, so I still kept a nice soft layer of fat. Just lean with nicely visible muscles. The taste is totally negligible when mixed in any smoothie, and I would definitely not recommend it in water. It just ends up kind of chalky. Try to consume it within 30 min of your workout for best results, and dont use it when youre NOT working out.

I love the flavor of this shake. It has a rich vanilla flavor, which I enjoy. Glad its not a powder I have to choke down. This is enjoyable to drink. It mixes well. I love that I get 24oz for $36!

Generally protein isolate powders taste far superior to other forms of whey protein, this being a prime example. Great to get nearly pure protein (minimal other macros) + no lactose! Mixing with water - Creamy chocolate flavor with a coconut aftertaste, very pleasant but a bit thin [7.5/10] Mixing with 2% lactose free milk - Incredibly creamy and lush chocolate milk with coconut aftertaste, like candy. [9/10] Mixing with plain greek yogurt (1g:8g to 1g:10g ratio) - Chocolate-Coconut Custard! Tastes like ice cream while being practically pure protein. Balanced in whey and casein, perfect for bodybuilders. [10/10]

It works! Love finding the flavor I wanted and sugar free was a plus! Great purchase. Love it!

As someone who tries to limit dairy intake, its important that the dairy products I do consume are high quality. This has proven to be the perfect protein for me. - clean ingredients, high quality isolate - sourced from hormone free grass fed cows - 99% lactose free (as someone whos mostly lactose intolerant, this protein powder never gives me stomach problems) - love that they offer it in natural as i hate the fake, overly sweet, chemical laden protein powders that crowd the market, also makes it easily adaptable to use in other foods such as oatmeal or baking - pretty high g/protein per serving for only 90 cals (typical whey powders are 120-150 cals/serving for 22-25g of protein,1.5 scoops of this is 135cals for 30g of protein - great choice for post workout shakes or midday snacks with very good blendability, even in water
