This printer is complex when trying to set up with the phone. I bought this specifically to set up with a phone not a work computer. I’ll keep trying but not too satisfied even with the instructions

Once I got it I tried printing in color and black and it worked fine the first time. A couple days later I tried printing and honestly I had to double check if it was the same printer. The paper keeps jamming and it started to make a loud noise like that of a factory equipment and lets not forget that it somehow started printing three sentences in one line....

Plastic junk broke after using for 6 sheets of paper wouldnt accept paper after that.

I paid more for a printer that connects to my wifi but this one, no matter what we did, simply would not. We had to manually connect it to my desktop via cable, which defeats the purpose of getting a wireless printer so everyone in the house can use it. The print quality is good, its print speed is a little slow but not terrible, fine for a home office, and its relatively easy to use once we got it installed and working.

The one I had was defected plus it was too small, no real directions I had to go online to get directions but it wasnt turning on and when it did come on it just was blinking but not staying on nothing worked correctly also, Im not 100% sure but I dont think it was a match for the Hp desktop computer.

Cannon does not have a setup for this printer had to search for the setup on other sites. Computer will not hold the program and printer will not continue to print. Last printer was a cannon and worked well is the reason we went with this printer. Apparently this was a discontinued product and we did not know and is not supported. We paid $140 for this.

attempting to put in a simple printer cartridge, purchase this...ARGGGHHH!

Spent hours trying to get it to connect but nothing, Despite Canons putrid instructions i am sure i did everything right. Have installed many printers before.
