I paid more for a printer that connects to my wifi but this one, no matter what we did, simply would not. We had to manually connect it to my desktop via cable, which defeats the purpose of getting a wireless printer so everyone in the house can use it. The print quality is good, its print speed is a little slow but not terrible, fine for a home office, and its relatively easy to use once we got it installed and working.

Could not hook up plastic on side had a tear in it and poked my finger instructions are worthless Customer service is equally bad

Fortunately, my son came in to put the printer together for me and he had quite a time getting it working. It seems to me it should be simpler, especially for a senior citizen like I am.

Item no. Canon TS3420 is not on the Canon website so it is not able to connect to a computer for wireless use

If you live in the US do Not buy this printer. Cannon Model number TS3420, this printer is made for Canada only. This was a huge hassle and ended in a return. Cannon Model number TS3420 has no warranty registration or support in the US. Cannon US customer service told me to return it. I went to a Cannon MG3620 it did a fantastic job with the same options.

This printer comes up in a search for edible printer, and even with the ink - but when you get it, it will not work with the edible ink, and trying to get my money back has been a nightmare. I have returned the item on July 27, yet it says Ill be refunded when the item is returned.

Perhaps its because I bought a used one, but it was very difficult to use and even set up. It worked for a minute, and then it wouldnt cooperate and overall it was very clunky and a total waste of money as it didnt fulfill its job or purpose at all. I shoved it back in the box and I would like to throw it away as its too much bother to send back/sell again. Whatever. Regretful purchase.

Spent hours trying to get it to connect but nothing, Despite Canons putrid instructions i am sure i did everything right. Have installed many printers before.

This printer is easy to set up but, boy is it dinky. The print quality is fine but the scanner is absolutely terrible. Even a simple scan of a simple document is splotchy and barely visible. Not long after setting this thing up, the paper started to jam and the printer made horrible noises. I packed it up and returned it the same day I received it. A piece of junk. Canon should be ashamed.

Please be aware that this is a Canadian Printer. It is almost impossible to get tech support if you are in the US, because US support doesnt recognize the product, and Canadian support doesnt help because Im in the US. I was on the phone for hours, just trying to get someone to help.
