> 3 dayI dont understand why nowhere on the description of the product does it say this is a Canadian product. You cant set it up in the US. It doesnt work. I missed my return window because I just opened the box. Now Im out $139. I hate shady sellers.

Greater than one weekVery disappointing to receive this product and speak with a technical person, only to find out that they are selling a contract for activation. It was described as required even though I said my computer is new, and had never had any printer hook ups with problems before.

> 3 dayIt worked ok to begin with. I bought it because its the only reasonable priced printer to have without wifi. Now theres a jam in it and NO WAY TO CLEAR IT. Short of taking the whole thing apart and I STILL couldnt get to where a possible jam is. Of course the window to return is closed.... I trashing it. I cannot get it unharmed. Makes me mad because I have papers for my business to print!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER. Not way to unjam a paper jam. And most printers do get a jam on occasion. Well done Cannon, NOT!!

> 3 dayPurchased a HP printer and returned it, spent over 3 hours trying to get it to connect to Wi Fi customer service was useless. Purchased the cannon printer and 20 minutes hooked up running and connected to Wi Fi, laptop and smart phone automatically set as my default printer on my lap top. Extremely happy with it so far, prints fast, quality prints. HP should take some lessons.

> 3 dayI bought this “used- like new”. It came in the original box. The ink cartridges were already installed. We use it exclusively on WIFI direct. It took several tries to set that up. Note that the item number is Canadian, so you have to select “Canada” from the drop down list before you can find the right number. Now that I’ve set up both my iPhone and iPad to connect directly to the printer, the process runs smoothly each time. The printer quality is nice You do have a option to select “draft” if you want to use less ink.

> 3 dayI had an HP, and every couple of weeks it had an error, so I had to take it off, and upload new drivers. Time and time again, the drivers had an error in uploading, and I couldnt use my printer. I was sick of having to worry if I would be able to print from my computer. I ordered the Canon. It was the easiest printer to set up, and could be set up with WIFI and phone. I plugged it in, added the ink, and in two or three steps, I was printing.....no problem. I have since ordered more ink, because I am not sure how long it lasts. The price of the ink is cheaper for me than the time spent on something that didnt work every time.

> 3 dayI have only attempted to print. It printed with decent results but slow and seems to pull extra pages through. I have not tried any other functions. The single thing I don’t like is it turns itself off. I have not researched whether there is a way to change it. Every time I want to print I have to turn it on again. A little inconvenient, but I can work around it. Just found the instruction to disable the auto shutoff! Very happy now!
