> 3 dayUsed Canon printers and scanners for years. Had to go to Canada to get software and drivers when I first got this. Was not even listed on US site. Be prepared to always get the largest in capacity or if ya print 2 pages of color it will run out. Very un intuitive to figure out how to get things to scan, or set up the printer. Th little screen for seeing settings for paper size. Good luck.

> 3 dayunable to do wireless printing and the printer is not even on the list of printers for download, dont know if it is discontinued item. Not a good idea to sell a product which cant be supported. BAD

> 3 daySo the door to the ink cartridge of the printer was broken and I couldnt even get one print out of it due to the fact it wouldnt let me install it to my computer because of the door being broken to the ink cartridge what a waste of money. Such a flimsy cheap thing dont waste your money!

> 3 dayI like how fast it prints. It was also to set up with a wireless connection. I am able to print from my desktop computer, iPhone and iPad. No hassles.

> 3 dayIn order to set-up ones printer with Canon, you need to enter a product number. I entered the number that was on the box and the top of the printer. Canon did not recognze that product number. I contacted customer service and was informed that I needed to create an account. In order to create an acccount through My Canon, it needed to recognize the product number. Obviously, I could not set-up the necessary account. I made several more calls to customer service, one of the calls I was transferred to My Canon without my permission, when I finally talked to a lovely lady in customer service. She stated basically that she needed to find someone who could help me. At that point, I thanked her and expressed my interest in a HP printer. In one order, I purchased my first and last Canon product. If anyone who has purchased this product and was able to connect it to your printer. I am just curious how you did it.
