I thought this machine would fax it dont, printing is average.

This printer is in error state more than it’s not. It’s a hunk of crap.

The printer arrive early. The printer was very easy to set up. I am very pleased with the printer. I just love, love love it. I am a very happy buyer. Thank you so much

I bought this “used- like new”. It came in the original box. The ink cartridges were already installed. We use it exclusively on WIFI direct. It took several tries to set that up. Note that the item number is Canadian, so you have to select “Canada” from the drop down list before you can find the right number. Now that I’ve set up both my iPhone and iPad to connect directly to the printer, the process runs smoothly each time. The printer quality is nice You do have a option to select “draft” if you want to use less ink.

When I got the printer I was in the middle of moving my office so I didnt set it up right away. When I did have time to do it, I looked and No Set Up manual. So I know these days they just expect you to go online. I tried to do that and found I also did not have a black ink and figured that was why I couldnt get it to connect. So I ordered a black ink that took several days to arrive. My next day off I tried again to get it working but Nothing worked. I tried every suggestion I could find online but still nothing. Now I find I have a worthless plastic doorstop that is past the return date. My bad...I should have suspected something when several things were missing from the box. I called canon support but I need to buy support for a machine that will probably never work. I recently bought a Cricut machine on Amazon and couldnt get it to work. Their support was much nicer and explained that it is common practice for things that were returned broken will be packaged up and resold on Amazon....so BUYERS BEWARE! I will never buy anything mechanical or technical on Amazon again.

Tech support at Canon said the device needs to be no more than 6-7 feet from the router. WTF?

Everything was surprisingly as advertised. Easily installed. Easy operation. Ive had to use most of its options on the fly, without reading the manual and it was easy to figure out without wanting to throw it....come to find out the scanner doesnt work. From what I can tell the bulb is burned out. Never worked. Shipped to me broken. Gotta love it.

I have been having problems with my HP printer for a long time. Bought this Canon and troubles disappeated.

Very impressed with the print outs. Printer came with ink already inside which was nice. They werent fully charged with ink but thats OK. Seems like a great buy for my buck.
