If you are used to Metamucil, this is very similar. The effects and results are the same as Metamucil. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the strawberry flavor is super overpowering. It needs to be a subtle flavor like other mixes, but this one is super strong. Like I said, it works great, just the flavor is off putting to me.

I have never tried this type of product before so I didnt know what to expect. I am gradually working up to the recommended amount so I cant tell how well it is working. However, my bloating may be less. While I dont care for the taste, I have learned just to drink it all down. I do think that it is expensive as the container is for 60 servings or 30 days.

Colonsweep! I like it. I pour 12 ounces of room temp water into a glass. Just avoiding cold water because I drink it down and its more comfortable if the water is not chilly. I use a scale and add 7.4 grams. It nearly mixes itself. I drink it, and sometimes take my vitamins with that liquid. It doesnt get too thick too fast for taking vitamins. Otherwise, it goes down easy and fast. I do this whenever, but in the evening is good so there is a normal activity in the morning. Im getting the bloating down, using this product and I am addressing my digestive health in general along with this. This formula is good and the product is not toxic to me. I have issues with pain and migraines. This is not causing that to be worse, and when a product does this, or a scent, flavor, I usually can tell not just by the new thing being a suspect but because somehow the culprit, the thought of the culprit can be disturbing. It is a sort of clue I have over years of dealing with food issues and migraine. 5 stars.

This product has become a staple in my daily routine. The strawberry flavor is delicious and it has helped me reduce my bloating in a natural and safe way.

I need regular fiber in my diet, but a lot of fiber supplements are either tasteless or unpleasant. This one has a remarkably strong flavor, strawberry but with a tart taste like lemonade (although it does not seem to contain lemon). It delivers a good dose of fiber (4 g), but also four blends including a prebiotic, a probiotic, a liver, and a metabolic enhancing blend. This makes it much more than a mere fiber source. That is the good part. The less-good part is the price--at 60 servings, the price works out to almost a dollar per serving. I would not use it every day for that reason, but I would gladly alternate it with less exciting fiber supplements to get the good flavor and clear benefits of this product.
