This dietary supplement named “Colon Sweep”, when taken as the directions provide, made me become regular in 1.5 days. I was suffering from a typical bout of Constipation from not being efficiently hydrated. I took this Colon Sweep per the directions (twice daily before meals), and it really helped clear up my constipation. It did give me some flatulence prior and before my bowel movement, but that was to be expected with Psyllium husk as an ingredient. This strawberry flavored dietary drink mix dissolves very quickly in water, and has a pleasant citrus- strawberry flavor. I like that you need less than most name brand fibrous supplements. Its consistency in a beverage is not thick and goopy like most fibrous supplements. Rather it is more liquid, and easy to swallow. Also, this supplement contains everything you need to keep your digestive tract operating normally, especially if you diet is lacking like mine. This supplement is a Prebiotic, a Probiotic, a Liver cleanse, and Metabolic enhancer. Also of note, this container has 80 servings, and will last a very long time. For me, I find that I only need to take this 2x a week to help me stay regular. Colon Sweep is very potent and powerful-!

This stuff will clean you out for sure! If you have any issues with constipation, this product will do the trick. I do recommend starting with a small amount to see how you react. I tried it on a Friday to make sure I wasn’t indisposed at work. It worked as well as a name brand fiber product and it tasted much better. I don’t think I will need to use use it regularly but it’s good when you need a little help.

So I am usually more constipated, it helps with that. I can see how psyllium husk could help some people be more full and stay full longer when you take it before a meal, I do not feel like it has this effect with me at all. It didnt help me lose weight but did help keep me regular. A little over priced for what it is so I took one star off. The taste was amazing, mixed easily in cold water with a spoon. I would continue to use it if it was at a little bit better price point.
