ColonSweep from Simply Nature’s Promise has an excellent taste. It doesn’t come off to me as tasting like strawberries, but it’s still really good. The sweetened concoction is a tasty mixture of all the healthful, earthy ingredients, with the cinnamon bark standing out. The first time I tried it, the colon-cleaning effects happened the next morning. The second time I had it, the drink left me feeling full, a good thing. I also noticed it didn’t mix well with the water at all the second time. The bottom of my cup had a whole bunch of glop in it, which was surprising given how small the scoop of mix was. I added more liquid and stirred the drink up and it was fine. I would suggest using this mix in a blender. Overall, it’s got solid ingredients designed to keep you fuller, clean out your system, and provide improved gut health.

Save your money and simply buy a basic psyllium fiber supplement. This product did nothing different for me than a $10 fiber supplement from Costco and you get 4 times less for 4 times the price. I got caught up in the marketing.

I tried this colon sweep after trying the colon broom and although it works great I couldn’t get past the taste. It made me gag. I will try it again at a later time and if I can keep it down I will change my rating!

These pills worked well, but without the massive cramping Ive had with others. I’m gonna continue to get to my complete comfort.

This stuff will clean you out for sure! If you have any issues with constipation, this product will do the trick. I do recommend starting with a small amount to see how you react. I tried it on a Friday to make sure I wasn’t indisposed at work. It worked as well as a name brand fiber product and it tasted much better. I don’t think I will need to use use it regularly but it’s good when you need a little help.

Took a couple days for it to take effect, but it worked great. The taste isnt horrible at all. I doesnt give you that mineral, medicine taste at all. Just tastes like youre drinking a great fruit drink. Especially if you out ice in it.

The ColonSweep Psyllium Husk Powder has a Strawberry and Cinnamon taste. One of the ingredients is Cinnamon bark. The taste is good. It takes a little effort to dissolve all of the powder. The instructions say to drink immediately after mixing. I took my time drinking it while watching TV and noticed a moderate amount had settled to the bottom of the cup. It seems to not stay suspended in water for long and will settle. It has more than just psyllium husk to improve digestive track health, which makes it more useful. Psyllium husk affects people differently. May want to test at lower dosages to see how it affects you. Sometimes it can be like Drano and other times Quickkrete.
