The best way to take fiber

I have tried a lot of different products, It works quickly and is easy to take.

I have been taking psyllium husk fiber supplements for several years to help with digestive issues and lowering cholesterol, but I wanted to try something different than just plan psyllium fiber. I came across this supplement and figured I would give it a shot. I have only been taking this supplement for a few weeks, but I like it better than my normal psyllium fiber supplement. It has a pleasant strawberry taste and mixes well in pretty much any liquid. Sometimes Ill mix it into my yogurt when I eat breakfast--that also works well. I have felt great since taking it. I like that this supplement also includes probiotics, a liver support blend, and a metabolic support blend, which most psyllium fiber supplements definitely do not contain. This product is also very gentle for those who have not had the greatest experience with fiber supplements. Yes, it is more expensive than plain psyllium fiber, but I think this product is worth the extra cost.

The tub is not big, nor is it small. But under 6 inches. Simple type 2 white plastic tub with easy off lid. My son says it tastes really good - hes practically grown sized. Mixed well. Easy to find the scoop. If you have never taken Psyllium Husk, be sure to start with a small amount to check to see how you react to it. Some people need less than others.
