> 24 hourthe software that came with the drive made my life easier, I copied from a standard ssd drive the whole system as it is to this drive. (I know its not recommended to do it that way but Im lazy).

> 24 hourBought this drive as a fast access storage drive for video games that require a lot of disk use. At time of review I’ve had it in use for 6 months, great speed and reliability so far. This is my first crucial purchase and I’d definitely do it again.

> 24 hourThis is a great SSD that tends to get overshadowed by other SSDs. Its easy to install into your pc, pretty much just plug and play. Its great for gaming as youll get better and faster load times, its also great for transferring and downloading files as youll be able to half the amount of time or possibly even more.

> 24 hourJust put this in today Its a very fast drive. Follow the instructions. these drives are very fragile. And do not touch the gold tips on the NVMe. gently insert the NVMe into its socket. Go slowly and be deliberate when doing it. This is one of the most delicate jobs anyone will have to do on a PC. And wear a grounding bracelet or anklet I did both. The slightest amount of Static will kill this drive. For this particular NVMe. You will need to screw it down. The screw goes into the 3rd hole. This will work On ASROCK Boards My Board is An ASROCK A320M-HDV R4.0 If You have a GPU card I suggest Removing that card before installing the NVMe stick. As the area of the board is small form factor. Larger boards have easier install ports for the M2 Sticks. This is a quality Stick. If you are a gamer. This will work but I would not buy anything less than a 1TB stick. Especially if your a power user.

> 24 hourI decided Id given Samsung enough of my money and decided to pick this up in 2TB for a gaming drive. Im not angry, just a little disappointed that I happened upon a drive that advertised such a dramatic difference. The price was slashed by almost half, I paid about $150 for an NVMe that has about 15% less potential bandwidth than the *maximum* advertised bandwidth. It was an objectively good buy factoring in the discount I received and I would assume the seller knows this is happening and adjusted the price as a result; I just feel like I didnt get the deal I was advertised. Turns out some other companies like Kingston, PNY, and Adata got caught with their pants down in the past selling SSDs with chips different than what was sent to editors and launch buyers. So just like with RAM kits, watch your vendors and roll the dice when the price is right. Lesson learned. Reality is crystal disk scores dont matter *that* much, PC mark says it performs about like other drives Ive bought. Well see what the longevity is like and thats my biggest concern with lower bin chips. Tl;dr this product is a dice roll, get it on a big sale to be safe.

> 24 hourIt helped my boot times to be lowered by around 25%. I was using a 2.5 Sata Ssd before, and the difference is noticeable to say the least

> 24 hourMakes your system run much smoother in terms of performance, than your regular ssd 2.3. This is definitely something I would recommend for a gaming PC or any system that you need performance out of. This was a definitely a great upgrade. My system would stall at times. It has an old Samsung SSD. 840.

> 24 hourSpecs were as stated. Upgraded Dell laptop NVME 128gb to the Crucial P5 1tb worked perfectly. It does run hot though. Crystal Disk under load hit 75 C.... be aware. Didnt test the previous drive for temp. Couldve been similar. I would recommend a heat sink. Check clearances if in laptop. Extremely fast!
