if your going to buy a memory stick go with crucial a reputable brand. very happy with i first tried another brand dolgix which did not work at all. lower price does not mean better

These modules worked perfectly in an iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch 2017. The startup black screen when the new memory initializes was much longer than I expected, but after a patient (but silently panicked) wait it fired up, reported the right memory amount, and runs great. The iMac is much snappier in opening widows and programs with the added memory, with the biggest gains where you would expect, i.e. Photos, and data-intensive apps.

I installed this memory to a 2019 imac 27in model with Intel i5 3.7 processor. Very easy to install....just make sure you line up the notches correctly when you put them in the slots. I had the base 8gb memory, added 32gb, now my computer is showing 40gb ram total at 2667. Very happy with the purchase and certainly cheaper than Apple prices for ram.

Been using Crucial memory almost exclusively for 15 years. Never disappoints.

Thank you for making and selling these!! Our basic but expensive Mac was getting laggy when working on large photoshop or Adobe files. We didn’t want to pay $400+ plus for an apple RAM card and we’re so happy when we found these.
