These memory chips came in a nice pack. The price is fairly cheaper than sone other brands. The RAM upgrade works nicely on my Mac mini, that boots my over all system faster. Thanks Crucial.

Per Crucial’s website this was the memory for my 2019 27” Mac. Needless to say it didn’t work and it was returned.

After reading several accounts of installations, I moved one existing 4GB card to the third slot from the second where it had been, and put the two new 16GB cards into slots one and two. Fired my new 2017 27” iMac up and - presto! She booted up immediately.

My computer is alienware 17R5 whose original configuration is only 8 GB, which leads me to play games and work in a very caton. After more than a month of use, he really solved the problems I met. The key is the cheap price.

Works like a charm for my 27 iMac (2017). Just make sure you install them properly by moving your 2 existing factory rams down a slot, and insert your 2 new ram sticks where the factory ones were. I got a black screen for 10 seconds when I started the iMac after the install and thought I installed it wrong, but relalized it was just the computer initializing the new ram.
