The timers were easy to hookup and performed great. The wifi always seemed to hookup well and they survived several rain storms with no issues. Definitely recommend these.

I bought this to control my patio lights. The first one failed and I returned it for another one. This time it worked flawlessly. Now when it starts to get dark all I need to do is pick up my phone to turn them on, even from the spa.

Easy to use once it is setup. The setup was not straightforward but works great good value

We use this to control an outdoor Christmas tree each year and it works very well. It was easy to install and program and we have not had any trouble with it.

Was perfect for Christmas lighting

I have several devices working with home wifi and apps and this one was a very frustrating experience. Device found, but nothing happens after providing password. Tried reset/app on different phones and gave up.

Multiple attempts at connecting to my Orbi router failed. It did connect with my Xfinity router easily. This is a problem since I am planning to get rid of the Xfinity router.

This plug can only be programmed to work on a same day 24 hr schedule. You can not schedule it to turn on at 5pm one day & off at 1am ( night hours) the following morning. That’s as stupid a programming failure I have yet to encounter with any outdoor smart plug. Given the price - its criminal. I highly recommend any other outdoor wifi plug/outlet but this one.

I was so disappointed to get this and see I have to download another app when there is a very universal and productive app across vendors that uses an open way to access your plugins, Smart Life. Needless to say, I will be returning this product. If you want 40 different apps to control your home automation and dont care, it is probably a good product. For me, this product is useless and cumbersome to manage.
