> 3 dayWorks well but hdr settings are odd. Good picture quality if you use better cables than dell provides. Had issues with the low quality dp and hdmi cables dell provided. Buy some Zeskit cables and you’re good to go.

> 3 dayI almost returned this monitor, as the picture quality was garbage when gaming, with significant blurring and color bleed/smearing with any kind of motion at all. It took me a while to realize that this monitors response time just isnt good and doesnt work well with Freesync. So, I enabled MPRT for the response time, which automatically disabled Freesync (as it should), and all those above problems went away. With my current GPU I get 85-100fps running with the 144Hz refresh rate, and dont experience any screen tearing at all, and with MPRT enabled its a very smooth experience. Id expect with my upgraded GPU (on order) that Ill get near 144fps to match the refresh rate and it will improve all that much more. I dont know if this experience was specific to me and my build, but just sharing my experience for any out there struggling with the advertised quality of this monitor.

> 3 dayI was able to snag one from the warehouse for $300 it was like new but had one dead pixel in the upper center and also a stuck pixel on left side when black. It does have bad flickering with the freesync/gsync when the fps drops below 75fps. So games that only run at 60fps Ive had to turn it off for those games. Even though it does not have the best HDR it looks good to me even fire looks great. The colors pop for games like Genshin. Blacks do look black even though its not OLED. So if your on a tight budget and want a ultrawide and flickering does not bother you this may be a good buy for you!

Greater than one weekSo Luckily i got this on a discount on black Friday. Note this is a1440p Monitor with a high refresh rate of 165MHz. Which is a better refresh rate for gaming then a 4K monitor. That being said this is a great monitor. BUT considering the cost..... this is NOT an HDR monitor. Why that is important is this is High Dynamic Range. Which is different from Pixels. HDR 10 or High Dynamic makes black and whites better and really showcases light and shadows better. Without it, most screens will have either a gray or kind of washed out color to it. For $300 dollars you can get similarly priced monitors with 1440p and HDR for the same cost such as the MSI 32inch curved monitor. Which is also larger then this. This is already 1 year old and there are better monitors out there for almost the same price. Get one that is 32inch curved, 1440p, and with HDR. Just not this one.

> 3 daybought this as my gaming laptop had spoiled me with 144hz quality and i have to say i have no been disappointed as the screen is super clear and snappy in games that support that refresh rate. the stand is super strong and even survived my folding table of a desk collapsing with no cracks to the screen works well and built well.

17-04-2025i’ve had this monitor for about 4 months now. it’s still working fine and i’ve had no issues with it. pros - pretty good image quality for it only being 1080p on a 27 inch. obliviously if you are big into having this crisp clear image you give some of that up for the size so make note if you want to be able to see tiny details to invest in something with a higher quality. but it gets the job done and still looks pretty good. - the size is something to get adjusted to if upgrading from a smaller monitor. the curve adds to your overall gameplay. i found it to be more immersive and give me a different feel to the games i already play. - the color is good and gives you many options. a lot of the monitor can be adjusted in its settings so any issues you find can already be fixed on your own. -you can easily adjust the height of this. sometimes it can be a bit hard if you want to do a small adjustment but that doesn’t bother me. -no dead pixels or any screen ghosting. i’ve had this monitor left on the same image for hours and have seen no burn in. as well as no random dead pixels anywhere. - very smooth. even just scrolling on any random website looks smooth so with games it makes it feel like you got a new pc too. cons -a lot of the darker tones can be washed out. after messing with the color settings for a while i still haven’t found the perfect mix of brightness that doesn’t sacrifice any darker colors. it doesn’t bother me that much but note that if you want a bright screen know you sacrifice a lot of the darker tones for that. -any smaller words such as typing a paper or any reading is sometimes difficult to see. i wouldn’t recommend this for someone looking to do work for long hours. this is alright if you want to do mainly gaming and occasionally maybe homework but if you need to read small text just stick to working on a laptop. -the monitor doesn’t turn off on its own. (this is more of a personal thing but i wish there was a setting where if there was no input that the monitor could automatically turn off. - can’t really angle it up or down. you can slightly put it at an angle but you can only really move it up and down. - i figured this is a given since it’s a monitor but it doesn’t include speakers. you’ll have to buy your own speakers if you want to do anything without headphones on. overall this monitor gives out more than the price point it’s put at. if you’re looking for an affordable monitor that still offers a good/smooth look and size go with this.
