I love this product and the sustainability element it focuses on. But the fact is the deodorant refills are fragile. And small harsh push and they snap off the holder and they cannot be reattached. I’ve gone through three since ordering only a month or so ago

I thought this would be a great idea. The deodorant itself is nice but the third time I used it the deodorant broke off of the container and fell in the sink. I tried to put it back on but it breaks off as soon as you try to use it again.

Love the scent, formula, sleek metal container… product execution failed miserably. There is no option to roll product up and down with every use so by the second or third use, the whole product breaks off from its base. Hopefully they come up with a fix because it really is a great formula and idea!

Great idea, terrible execution! This deodorant is supposed to be refillable, but the design is flawed. You attach a heavy and small brick of deodorant to a hollow base so its top heavy. Unlike a traditional deodorant that you roll up, all of the deodorant is exposed. The deodorant broke off the dispenser on my second use. It also felt like I got a lot less deodorant than a traditional dove cool and fresh dispenser. A lot better design before Ill consider buying again.

The lid comes off and the insert comes out. My purse has more deodorant than me! I even keep it in that small pocket for like a phone or something and it comes open all the time. The smell isnt as great as I hoped. Its very sticky and leaves a weird residue even after showers I feel like its still there. Not for me but with that said my teens love the ones I bought them. I dont think they are worth the money compared to just a regular stick of dove (which I use)

Wanted to like this. There is nothing wrong with the scent, or deodorant in and of itself. The product packaging has to improve. It broke off the base the second time using. Which leaves me holding the whole stick without any applicator. I bought to reduce package waste thinking a refillable system would be nice. I would make my own and keep in a jar if I appreciated having to wash my hands after applying, which is what I am forced to do right now. It was a good idea just did not hit the mark

I like the product except for it fell off the base, so now I have to hold the actual substance to put it on. It should have a way to gradually expose more product as you go, like every other deodorant on the planet.

Very comfortable fit, nice to hold. Good consistency. But! Its not the same as regular aluminum deodorant. It works poorly. Unfortunately I wont be buying this yet.

When I received the package my immediate thought was, wow, this is heavy! No complaints there because to me that translated to durable. The first day in my travel overnight bag the magnet sealing the lid closed was not strug enough. The top came of and the stick broke ending in deodorant all over. I was really disappointed. The cucumber Dove is my favorite deodorant and I was excited and a refillable package. I might still buy a refill and use it because recycling is my thing but I will secure it closed with a hair band next time!

The metal container is great, better than the paper tubes some of the less plastic items come in. But the refills come in a plastic container. The deodorant is slimy, takes a while to dry, and the cucumber sent is horrible. Not a fan. Been using it about a month and the deodorant broke away from the base. So now have to apply it my hand. Do not get this product.
