FakeTV FTV-11 Extra Bright Burglar Deterrent Television Simulator

I never review a product, but I got broken in to. Got alarms all windows now, and the Fake TV is the icing on the cake. I looked at my house and imagined me being a criminal and I saw the bright lights from the Fake TV in the front of my house and in the back and I thought, These people are awake and maybe with guns. Im going to rob somebody else. My wife loves it too! I love it! Buy it!

Right out of the box it didn’t work. How do I send it back?

I bought the original 3 years ago off of an infomercial, I didnt expect much. But after all this time this thing still works, looks real..highly recommended.

Using this on our hunting cabin in the country. Keep the blinds partially open with this set to come at dark so that, from the outside, it appears that someone is home and watching TV.

Just remember to bounce off a wall and not point directly at windows

For us the FTV-11 was better then the FTV-10 (returned this one). You need a room that doesnt have a lot of street light on the shades. I mounted this on an old tripod with rubber bands and it worked fine for a vacation we took.

Probably looked like a TV when we had cathode ray tubes in our sets. Comparing this with a real LED TV set - there is no real similarity.

It does his job, it looks like its announced, a fake tv. To keep the effect of fake tv, just dont put it too close to the window

After my fathers death, his house was unlived in for months before we could get items out of there. I slept at night knowing it looked like he was still there watching TV. You obviously have to keep drapes pulled or people can see what is making the lights.

Fantastic product, definitely, gives the illusion that the TV is working. It even fooled my at times when I wake up, I think that my wife left the TV on. I cant praise this product high enough.
