> 3 dayGood tasting salt that is suppose to be good for you. Kind of expensive though. I like it.

> 3 dayWho knew! I used to have leg cramps pretty consistently during one of my bad days. Since putting about a quarter teaspoon in my 1 liter water bottle, they have gone away. I also notice that I am able to work out longer without getting as tired as my body stays hydrated throughout the day. I take a 1/4 teaspoon in 1 liter of water twice a day and it has been working out fantastic! Mahalo Nui

> 3 dayI’m glad I jump in the Celtic salt van wagon. It tastes really good like it has flavor. Is salty and little goes a long way but I sprinkle in my food like regular pink salt and is the same.

> 3 dayThis salt does taste different than commonwealth salt. Hard to define but there is a taste you find especially if eaten with a damp finger or spoon. Not sure it is worth the price difference. Also, beware, it tends to clog the holes on the shaker.
