I got this salt to use in my water for my daily minerals but I use it for all food as well. Its really a good size bag for the cost and you cant beat the health benefits it has too!

I take a large bottle of water to work and drink it. I’m constantly thirsty and I’m constantly drinking water. I needed to do something so I sent away for expensive mineral drops yes they worked but I needed something I could afford BUT WORKS I tried this I put a few sprinkles in my water before I go to work I’m no longer thirsty at work my bottle of water last my whole shift. My electrolytes are fine now. Very happy with my results & purchase.

This is a little more coarse than I prefer, so I put it in a salt grinder to make it finer. I also found that doing this allows me to use less than regular salt. I EAT A LOT OF SALT!

I love this salt and have been using it for years. Its now sad to see that the price has gone up from $7 per pound to over $10 per pound!

Very finely ground. I mistakenly thought it was a grinder.

Some of my online friends recommended this salt brand to me, so I got a bag to try it. It tastes like course salt. Not sure what other health benefits it actually has. I haven’t noticed anything different after using it in my cooking for a few months. I took a star off because I’m not seeing what makes it so special that my friends rave about it. Probably won’t get it again because it costs more than the coarse salt I can get at my local grocery store.

I liked the taste and its supposed to be better than regular table salt. What I didnt like, its not super fine like regular salt. I would purchase again though.
