> 3 dayI wanted to try this salt as this is supposed to have more minerals than regular table salt. The bag says fine ground but the crystals are bigger than regular salt and I had to grind it again before use. Also the salt seemed wet and muddy color. I spread it on a baking tray and popped it in oven and let it sit for 30 minutes and then it was completely dry. No doubt its pricier than regular salt but i still plan to continue using it if i see any benefits over time. Taste wise it is the same or even slightly better which is good.
