This is not the moist grey salt that Im used to buying from this brand. It actually is very dry white & extra salty. Just so you know, might not be what you are used to.

A must buy and use. Throw out your old no good salt and use Celtic. 82 minerals and healthy for the body.

First time using this salt and I love it

Wish I discovered this salt sooner for its trace minerals and health properties. Its easy to switch out the regular old table salt and use this in your food/cooking instead. It definitely tastes better as well. I mainly bought for my health. The salt is supposed to help your body with electrolytes and help absorb the minerals from the salt your body needs and also help you from peeing so much from drinking a lot of water. I dont drink enough water though to know if it makes a difference there. I use it by adding a small amount to my water and drink first thing in the morning as well as a small amount to my water as I drink throughout the day. Where I have noticed a big difference is in my eyes. I dont sleep well and it shows, where theyre not so bright, looked dull, and veiny. Im not exaggerating when I say its been years that I feel my eyes have looked like this. After a week or two of using this, they have become white again and feel brighter, even still with a lack of sleep and being very tired. I think it really does help and will continue to purchase and use this. Wont go back to regular salt again and am looking forward to its other health benefits over time. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve read blogs, seen cooking shows and read reviews touting the wonderful taste of Celtic sea salt. I finally bought this specific recommended brand to try. WOW. who knew this particular salt is so good? Well apparently I’ve been out of the loop because everyone seems to know! This salt is delicious, is salty and adds so much flavor to your cooking.
