Gerber Baby Girls Infant Toddler 4 Pack Potty Training Pants and Underwear

> 3 dayThese are just fine - I was pleased that they fit my rather petite (23-lb) 18-month-old. She got very excited to wear her big-girl undies, and ran right to the full-length mirror to dance in them. I will say, however, that with our potty-training method (3-day weekend), well have to wait to wear underwear on a regular basis. For some reason, when we follow the methods instructions and just keep her in loose-fitting pants, she can hold everything and let us know when to go potty. When shes wearing underwear, though, its like she forgets...too much like cloth diapers, perhaps? Oh well: well just order the next size up after a few months of successful potty-ing. Shes doing great right now, and we dont want to go backwards from here. All in all, Id recommend these for fit, comfort, cuteness, and light-moderate wetting accidents, but not for full-on messes.

> 3 dayFinally someone understands that little girls who are potty training and starting to use undies need a little comfort and coverage. These full briefs have a little padding for absorbency and coverage. It is about time more little girl undies were comfortable cotton without scratchy lace, wedgies, and immodesty. Little girls dont need teeny bikinis, they need comfy undies that are easy to pull up and are well made. Kudos to Gerber for these training undies, it is about time everyone made good undies for little girls. These are a great transition from diapers and provide the same coverage as little boys undies. At this age and size boys and girls undies should be the same size and provide the same coverage and these little training undies fit the bill. I purchased these for my little lady who rarely has accidents since she is potty trained, I have bought three sets because they are the only briefs I could seem to find. The padding absorbs some liquid but it is not water tight so if you are training be prepared for leaks but at least your little one will know they are wet. I would buy these again too bad they only go to size 3t.

> 3 dayAt first I was skeptical about buying these because my daughter is barely 20 pounds at 20 months. Its hard to find training pants to fit a child her size for cheap. The 18 month size say the minimum weight is 24 pounds, but I thought Id give them a try anyways. Once I washed them they shrunk (since they are 100% cotton) and they fit her pretty well. Still some room to grow in the waist, but they fit the legs, which I think is the most important part. I would say my daughter has average sized legs, not skinny, but not chunky. They are very soft and Have an absorbent strip in the middle that works great to contain accidents. My daughter doesnt pee a whole lot at once, so I cant say how big of an accident they will contain. But I dont trust her yet to wear only this for bedtime or naptime. But they are amazing during the day. They were a great price as well. Overall we are very happy with them! And we are NOT buying another brand!

> 3 dayI am currently potty training our oldest child using these underpants. They are thick enough to absorb small trickles or to prevent (or lessen) the impact of a major oops! I have found that, for our child, using pull ups underpants was not a solution as she seemed to recognize that she was still basically wearing a diaper and simply continued to wet on herself rather than going to the potty. Also, the pull ups (much like a diaper) are so efficient at absorbing and locking in liquid that they prevented her from feeling wet (a plus when training in my opinion because a little discomfort seems to help motivate her). With these, she can feel that she has wet herself and is uncomfortable, but they absorb a great deal of the mess and have saved my carpet many times already. Her pants do get wet, and we do have to change clothes if we have an accident. But, when she wears regular underpants and has an accident, the urine produces a much greater mess on her and on the floor or furniture. They are not as bulky as a diaper, fit well under clothing, and are easy for the child to remove and replace for potty trips. I would recommend giving these a try, at least as a transition between diaper and regular underpants. We have now moved to using a pull up at night or when traveling and that seems to work well. But, I believe these greatly helped us in making that jump from diapers to potty.

Greater than one weekNot just for potty training, my favorite panties in general! These panties are not flimsy. They are thick and well made. My 2 year old can put this on by herself! Sizing: I started potty training at 18 months and my child weighed about 21 lbs. I’m so glad Gerber makes the 18 month size because these were one of the few that fit her! Even at 25 lbs. I prefer these over the 2t sizing because it is more snug. The 2t-3t is still slightly big. Accidents: the absorbent, thick layers makes accidents so much easier to clean up. The first thing I think when she has an accident is-was she wearing Gerber training panties or regular underwater. With Gerber, she may have some tinkle going down her legs, but I’m not going to be see a large puddle on the floor. If anything, there will be a small puddle, less than the size of the palm of my hand, on the floor. This is so much better than regular underwear with zero absorbency. Regular underwear will leave her with completely soaked pants, puddle on the floor, and a footprint trail of pee. SAVE yourself the headache. Buy these and buy a few more. We don’t even use regular underwear. The cut: I love how this truly covers your child’s bottoms. I can’t stand how Walmart underwear is cut so thin in the private area. Little kids are always lifting up their dresses and jumping around. I want my child wearing panties that provide good coverage! These hug well on her thighs and are wide on the bottoms! Diapers/Training Pull ups- We have been very successful with potty training and I owe it to these training panties. My toddler did not seem to mind if her pull up was wet. She would carry on and not even notice at times. It did not work well for us. These panties make it VERY obvious if she wet her underwear. You will need to change it. There’s not walking around and continuing to play with these on. I find that it gives you the perfect balance between wetness but with minimal cleaning. She will even wear this at night and it quickly (within one night) she learned how to not pee on her bed! Thank you Gerber for making potty training a lot easier with this. The one thing I wish was available is a 12-18 months size as well!

Greater than one weekThese training undies are so cute! They are very durable. We got them not to use as training undies though. We got them to help clear up really bad diaper rash by soaking them in a medicated solution. They did what we needed them to.

> 3 dayPerfect for 18m they are not too tight on the legs (problem I found with other brands) so they quite comfortable and easier for her to pull up for her than other brands. Great for outings and day care so even if she has a pre-pee she can make it to toilet without showing she had a small accident and only needs a change of underwear rather than all clothing. One but is a quality as some threads started to let go after few washings but only in one place so it was easy to fix. Still would rather use those die to comfort and ease of use rather than top quality overpriced and uncomfortable ones.

> 3 daythese are great. I am using these for potty training with my almost 2 year old. I put plastic covers over these and it is helping immensely. Before with just pull ups she didnt even tell me when she had to potty and we were wasting our time. Since using these within one day, she is telling me when she has to go (we dont make it yet to the potty) but at least she is telling me. I love how they arent to thick like a diaper or pull up but how they are thick enough to absorb most of the liquid that comes out. I have rinsed and washed these a few times since getting them and they still look brand new. These are amazing and I highly recommend for potty training. They are a material similar to a burp cloth.

> 3 dayI wasnt actually looking for training pants but these are the smallest undies I could find for my 20lb 2 year old who is potty training. Pull ups did not work for either of my daughters, felt like a diaper to them. These training pants are great. Just enough padding to absorb enough of the pee so you dont have a huge mess to clean up. Dont expect them to absorb a bladder full though. 18mo size fit my daughter well with a little wiggle room.

> 3 dayDiapers have irritated my daughter since forever, including pull ups - these are amazing - they’re so soft, perfect fit, soak up a whole full bladder, wash easy (machine or by hand). Just ordered another bundle of 4! Going to save a lot of money using these daily instead of diapers!
