Giro Fixture MIPS Adult Mountain Cycling Helmet

I bought another XL helmet off amazon and it barely, BARELY fit. This one however fit great and actually feels comfortable. I wish you could adjust the strap around the ears but beggars cant be choosers and I would buy this helmet again in a heartbeat. If you struggle with a large dome, try this helmet out.

Reasonably priced helmet with very good ventilation. I also own the Giro montaro helmet and was getting too hot during summer rides. This helmet definitely rides cooler than the montaro which is what I was hoping for. The universal fit is not as comfortable as the montaro and overall quality may be a bit lower but when you consider this helmet is a third of the price of the montaro, it is a great bargain. Whenever its over 80 degrees, this is my helmet of choice which means pretty much all summer here in Georgia

I ordered this new helmet sight unseen due to the Covid-19 crisis. It said universal size fits all adults. I have a pretty large head, but thought Id give it a shot. The fit is excellent, and it can crank down to much smaller sizes as well if necessary. GIRO makes great helmets and this is a MIPS helmet making, it one of the safest new generation of helmets available. Very light, good air flow, excellent fit, cool colors, and arrived on time! What more could you ask for??! :-D

Was excited to get for new ebike. Didnt fit as xl universal. Straps were too short to get comfortable for me. Im tall maybe a long head? Who knows. Adjusted to very end to the point where strap could come off. Returned and Ill go to bike shops to try on.

Hard to beat this helmet even compared to a more expensive model. Perfect ventilation for hot weather or if you sweat a lot. Super comfortable and adjustable. I own a more expensive helmet and still go back to this one. Also very safe. My wife owns one too and loves it. You don’t look stupid in this helmet compared to some and it looks way more expensive than it is. A must buy for a good helmet.

I was concerned that the one size fits all idea wouldnt be good but this thing fits my normal sized head perfectly using the adjustment at the back. I couldnt be more satisfied.

Fits my head great, sits on it properly at the right angle. The chin strap is a little tight when I look down, but it’s not really an issue; also, you want a chin strap to not come off so I’m good with that. Adjustable headband is great, the steps are good to adjust to being snug but comfortable. Not a super nerdy-looking helmet and has a good visor, both pluses.
