Giro Fixture MIPS Adult Mountain Cycling Helmet

nice helmet, but couldnt adjust it to fit me according to the giros instructions. problem is that the strap connection at the below ear point doesnt allow for adjusting the front/rear straps separately, they are sewn together. So the helmet can be tilted back. Giros support suggested returning and trying a different model.

I bought two of these. It is very comfortable and is the only helmet I have found that will fit my large head.

Good but I wish the chin strap was adjustable instead of fixed

Needed a helmet for mountain biking, and this one was a good price. Came in and was very pleasantly surprised. Fits well and very comfortable to ride in. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable helmet and it has the perfect Asian fit. The product is very light weight.

No light or reflector but the fit was good and it is reasonable light. I do not race so I am not too concerned about aerodynamics or it being an ounce heavier. I am happy with it and have used it now on about 6 rides. Seems like it should last as long as I need it

Love my new helmet - its worth spending a bit more. Extra protection in case of an accident. From the moment I put this helmet on, it was comfortable - I have a big head & lots of thick curly hair, so its hard to find a helmet that will work for me - this one does the trick. Feels light weight, lots of vents, adjustable - even the straps are comfortable. Straps leave extra room to adjust just in case (no getting choked out).

When I purchased a Segway e-Scooter, I decided I should protect my head, both because I should, and because I want to set a good example for my son. I know very little about helmets, but the first one I tried from another brand wasnt comfortable, and this one seemed to have a bunch of decent safety ratings. Then I noticed this brand is sold a lot at a nearby fancy bike shop that sells ridiculously expensive bikes to people who take biking really seriously. I figured that if those guys spend thousands on a bike, and then trust this brand for their head, it must be a good brand. The fit is very comfortable, even in hot weather it seems to keep me cool. It is very lightweight, and the adjustments allowed me to easily get comfortable. All in all, it seems like a decent helmet at this kind of price point, and I believe the protection level is as good as it needs to be for the kind of activities I intend to use it for. I also enjoyed the color choices, I was able to match the color to my scooter. And I dont feel like too much of a dork wearing it. Definitely worth considering.

chose this helmet for the mips protection and just hoped it would be comfortable. well, safe and good looking is what i am now! it fits myself and a few other people super well. great price and fast shipping too.
