It makes what barely passes for steam, so its not entirely wrong. But its extremely weak and sputters more than sprays. Also doesnt last long in use, can use it for about 20 seconds at most before its just shooting cold mist and needs to heat back up. Definitely not good enough to clean most things youd want a steam cleaner for.

I read a bunch of the reviews on this and so I got it with slightly lowered expectations. However after using it for a LOT of things, I have to say Im very impressed. As for it sputtering and spitting out hot water, that seems to only happen when you first start using it as the unit gets the steam through the hose. Lasted a few seconds and then pure, hot, fun-cleaning steam! If you follow the directions, this thing works like a charm. Ive used it on appliances, tile, walls, my truck ... all with great results. The different attachments are great, too. I gunked up one of the brushes pretty good while doing greasy stuff or adhesives, but it was easy to clean and seems like this should last quite a long time. After about 5 minutes I couldnt stop looking for stuff to use it on. You do need to let it cool between refills or you cant remove the cap. A pretty smart safety feature. So that would be my only criticism is that I have to wait for the cool down when Im in a steaming frenzy. (But that may be more of a commentary on my patience. ) Overall, a full tank lasts a pretty good amount of time. For someone who doesnt really like cleaning, this thing is an awesome tool!

This little steamer gave my couch a very deep clean and brought it back to life. At first, I wasnt sure if the stains would disappear, but when the couch dried up, the outcome was that of when I first purchased it. I also decided to try it on my carpet. My carpet is a cream color, so I was able to have a clear visual of the before and after. It cleaned the carpet very well, similar to the results of getting it cleaned by a steaming company.

Great product, very happy with the product. I was hesitant at first but thought Id try it, given the price. This thing is AMAZING! Ive found so many uses for it. I bought it for paint removal, but Ive removed stubborn carpet stains that Ive treated several other ways, cleaned our molding, windows (it has a squeegee attachment which is great!), my tub shines like new, I could go on and on. I cant wait to use it on new my car. Some reviews mention a slow cool down time, but if you empty it completely, it doesnt take long at all before you can open it and refill. Comes with many useful attachments as well. It a very satisfy with these product.

Hot Hot Hot | This is a fantastic little unit - gets super hot and comes with a variety of quick-change adapters. I used it to steam and install a carpet kit in my Jeep restoration project, to clean and degrease the forks and tranny case of my 75 Yamaha YZ80, and to sterilize my self-cleaning cat box... (sides and areas not covered by litter occasionally get sprayed). I love this device and although the reservoir seems small, it takes a long time to use all the steam this device creates in a single fill. This little guy melts grease easily and the brushes did a good job of getting the ugly stuff off my hood. I wish it held a little more water so I didnt have to stop, wait for cool down, and then refill.

Amazing product fit for purpose, easy to use
