Like other reviewers said, the cap doesn’t open for a significant amount of time to refill. I tried all the methods including unplugging and letting out excess steam. I even waited 10 minutes at least. Bottom line is, until the steamer cools down over 15+ minutes, you can’t refill. Worse yet, the fill container isn’t clear. So you don’t even entirely know how much you can top off since you can’t see it!! Mine spilled over while topping off, then once the steamer started to warm up, water started leaking from the cap, since obviously water expands as it heats. I should have packed it away the moment I saw the first page of the manual started with FAQS about the top not opening, rather then the instructions of actually how to use the product, which was about pages 3 or 4 I believe. Don’t waste your time or money and go with another brand.

Bought this back in the spring and it worked well for deep cleaning around the house (flagstone, counters, bathtubs, windowsills, etc.), until it just stopped heating up about two weeks ago. From what i have read online it seems that the internal heating element has failed. The warranty information link does not work but from FAQ it lasts for 1 year? Not sure how to exactly use that as the website is just an amazon storefront. I found an email in the user manual that i may try but they make it pretty hard to use the warranty.

This steam cleaner is perfect size and easy to handle. I bought it to clean the AC window units and things around the house, it works p0erfect.

The pressure is weak, I am able to hold my hand with-in 2.5 inches from the steam with no issue. It is warm at best. You have to get an inch from the steam to feel any heat and some pressure. Does not clean at all due to the low pressure and moderate heat generated from the machine. It is not worth the money. It may be less expensive but not worth the purchase. I should have bought a more expensive steamer. It also looked as though it was previously used. It has scuffs on it and there was water residue around the pressure cap. Dont waste your money!

This is a pretty nice steamer but I would say the down side is that there is no bag or anything to store the attachments and such. You can store all the necessary attachments inside the box I suppose but it is a bit annoying when you are trying to store this steam pressure cleaner. This steamer is relatively light when it is empty but can get pretty heavy when you add water to it. Is it extremely heavy? No I would say you still should be able to hold it with one hand with water in it. I When this device is filled up, I am able to steam clean pretty much anything but the carpet really. I have tried it between my tiles, car, and even my stove top. It provides a good small stream of steam to get all the tough grime out. It does not utilize too much water and the pressure is using hot steam so be aware of that. It does require external power to power this device. The attachments are nice so you can easily steam clean between tiles which is one of the hardest parts to get to. I also was able to clean between the crevasse of my bathtub and get the grim right out. There are several attachment that are easy to take on and off. There are thin head attachments for those hard to reach corners, there are thinner steamers for those window plates, and the traditional ones for hard wood floors and carpets. There is a gun trigger to release and deploy the steam so you do not have to always constantly have steam when you are trying to clean. You can use as much water as you want however much you want but again be careful because this is steam so it is hot. Another thing to note is that there is no way to clean up the water or suck it up so you need to clean it with a cloth after. Afterwards I would just throw the cloth in the wash after I am done. I have not seen any issues of the steamers dying out on me. Overall I think this steam is pretty nice. It is relatively easy to store and you can put this into any closet space. You have plenty of attachment for all your deep cleanings. You can use this on your bathroom, kitchen or even your car if you wanted to. The steam gun is easy to control. The one minor thing I would say is careful when carrying this full of water and to empty it when you are not using it.

So I just recently received this item and initially I was impressed by its power which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars but after less than a week of use (approximately 5 days) I was attempting to use it this morning before work only to be met with a unit that no longer heated up. I tried all the suggestions provided in the troubleshooting section of the manual it came with and ended up wasting almost 30 minutes of time that wouldve been better served to getting ready for work. Fortunately I made it in with minutes to spare but still. Im disappointed as this would be a great product otherwise. I havent yet reached out to the company but I will update you what happens. I will say that while it was working the product did serve its purpose very well in providing a good option to steam clean items. My only other issues is that the unit does not allow for single-hand use so if youre looking to use it on maybe clothing for wexsampleyou will have to hang it on something for example as you use the unit, also there doesnt seem to be a turn off option aside from unplugging when done nor does there seem to be an auto-shutoff feature.

Cons- it doesnt hold much water. And its not clear to see how much water is in it. I also wish there was info on ordering more brushes... ?? Pros- You should read the instruction manual before using! I absolutely LOVE this! I also wish it lasted longer then a few minutes. But its so handy to have when you live behind a dirt canal road! I did my windows and around the seal when I first got it! Then started around the rest of the house! Its obnoxiously loud lol. But so satisfying! I probably could have found one cheaper... but its durable and it works!! I only took off 1 star because of the water filling and no link for brushes... But I would absolutely recommend this product! It came really fast too! Just get it if youre shopping around! :)
