> 3 dayBought this back in the spring and it worked well for deep cleaning around the house (flagstone, counters, bathtubs, windowsills, etc.), until it just stopped heating up about two weeks ago. From what i have read online it seems that the internal heating element has failed. The warranty information link does not work but from FAQ it lasts for 1 year? Not sure how to exactly use that as the website is just an amazon storefront. I found an email in the user manual that i may try but they make it pretty hard to use the warranty.

> 3 dayThe pressure is weak, I am able to hold my hand with-in 2.5 inches from the steam with no issue. It is warm at best. You have to get an inch from the steam to feel any heat and some pressure. Does not clean at all due to the low pressure and moderate heat generated from the machine. It is not worth the money. It may be less expensive but not worth the purchase. I should have bought a more expensive steamer. It also looked as though it was previously used. It has scuffs on it and there was water residue around the pressure cap. Dont waste your money!

> 3 dayThe refill process makes this more of a haste if your using it to clean, it’s good for small areas.

> 3 dayWhile it does perform well for what it is, face it: no steamer is going to perform like the ones sold on TV. Why not? It seem theirs will remove any and all stains and gunk with limited effort. In real life, no. On TV they fake up grease build up and moldy showers using crap like dried dark corn syrup - anything that will melt away quickly. I bought this hoping against hope it would work well on a badly neglected shower in some rental property but, no go. It was largely a waste of time an effort. Will have to turn to other brushes and commercial cleaners and lots of elbow grease. Im not saying this steamer is without merit. If used consistently before things get badly out of hand, it would probably work just nicely. It just cant resurrect the dead and neither could the TV units either.

> 3 dayI purchased this steam cleaner to help my wife get a nice down deep cleaning around the house. And i will say, this little unit produces and incredible amount of steam. Once the water is filled, in minutes the steam is ready for use, its light and versatile. The accessories that are given will pretty much cover your majority of your everyday cleaning. As we were steam cleaning the kitchen on the grout lines and the crevices of the sink and oven, the heat and pressure forced out some nasty hard to clean places. I was pretty impress how much steam it can produced. The only draw back for this item that i can see is that it doesn’t have an indicator/clear window to show you how much water is left inside. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and cant wait to to keep my house even cleaner than before, a great tool to have.

> 3 dayThis steam cleaner is amazing. I started using it to help me clean the grease and difficult-to-reach places on my range top. Before I knew it, I was using the steamer on everything. My quick range top cleaning turned into me cleaning the entire kitchen. This product made it easy and fun especially because of the immediate gratification you get in seeing stains and difficult-to-reach areas sparkling in a matter of minutes. Its worth every penny. This steam cleaner brings cleaning to a whole new level.

Greater than one weekIt makes what barely passes for steam, so its not entirely wrong. But its extremely weak and sputters more than sprays. Also doesnt last long in use, can use it for about 20 seconds at most before its just shooting cold mist and needs to heat back up. Definitely not good enough to clean most things youd want a steam cleaner for.

> 3 dayShe worked like a charm til the day she stopped working. The trigger failed and would no longer release the steam even tho it seemed the kettle would heat up sufficiently. I’m sad bc it made cleaning while pregnant really effective and safe.
