Cant tell where the fill line is easily, cant remove the lid for at least an hour to empty the steamer. Not really loving it, but Ive been trying. Less than impressed.

After I read the instructions I found out that is holds very little water and has to be refilled frequently. The spray button is hard to used because you have to have your thumb on the top of the button, rather than using the side of your thumb. The spray was very fine and evaporated quickly before I could wipe it. I dont think it cleaned any better than what I was using before. I brought this to replace and old steamer that I had for several years. Also I never knew that a steamer cleaner had suction, perhaps you have the wrong Rate Features for this item.

For sure this is a 5 STAR product! I wish I had discovered this steam cleaner a long time ago. I purchased it based on a friends recommendation to clean and degrease kitchen appliances. Oh my gosh, it worked wonders ... I could not believe my eyes. I wish I had the before pictures of the greasy filter on my cooking range. It had been so brown for many years. Ive tried soaking them for days and used various cleanings and was not able to get them really clean. But with this machine, I swear I did both filters in less than 15 minutes and I wasnt really trying hard. I could not believe how fast it was working... it melted the caked on grease in seconds without and soaking or prep work. It erased 5 years of stains left behind. I also tried it on tile grout and it works equally well. No more scrubbing anything. It makes cleaning anything a breeze. I am sold on this product and cant wait to try it on everything else. This seller had the best price and shipping was 2 days fast. You will have no regrets buying one of these units.

It makes what barely passes for steam, so its not entirely wrong. But its extremely weak and sputters more than sprays. Also doesnt last long in use, can use it for about 20 seconds at most before its just shooting cold mist and needs to heat back up. Definitely not good enough to clean most things youd want a steam cleaner for.

When I bought the steam cleaner I was very excited to use it. After reading some of the reviews I had my doubts. This machine will not take off years of dirt. To clean my shower I first sprayed it with shower cleaner the I rinsed it with the steam machine and my shower was sparkling. Then I tried it on my mirrors it worked great so I thought I’d keep going. I used it on my stainless steel appliances and they looked like new. This machine is great you just can’t expect it to do miracles. There were negative reviews about the amount of water and the wait before you can open the tank. I just clean other areas while it cooled.

I like the amount of pressure this provides. It does Steam very well. I have found the button to be slightly tough. All and all I am happy with product. I have used it to clean tough cracks in the toilet, window seals, door entrances and more. It pushes the debri out and makes it easy for wipe up.

So I just recently received this item and initially I was impressed by its power which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars but after less than a week of use (approximately 5 days) I was attempting to use it this morning before work only to be met with a unit that no longer heated up. I tried all the suggestions provided in the troubleshooting section of the manual it came with and ended up wasting almost 30 minutes of time that wouldve been better served to getting ready for work. Fortunately I made it in with minutes to spare but still. Im disappointed as this would be a great product otherwise. I havent yet reached out to the company but I will update you what happens. I will say that while it was working the product did serve its purpose very well in providing a good option to steam clean items. My only other issues is that the unit does not allow for single-hand use so if youre looking to use it on maybe clothing for wexsampleyou will have to hang it on something for example as you use the unit, also there doesnt seem to be a turn off option aside from unplugging when done nor does there seem to be an auto-shutoff feature.

Love to use this product to deep clean my garage, windows, tile floors and sofa.

I purchased this steam cleaner to help my wife get a nice down deep cleaning around the house. And i will say, this little unit produces and incredible amount of steam. Once the water is filled, in minutes the steam is ready for use, its light and versatile. The accessories that are given will pretty much cover your majority of your everyday cleaning. As we were steam cleaning the kitchen on the grout lines and the crevices of the sink and oven, the heat and pressure forced out some nasty hard to clean places. I was pretty impress how much steam it can produced. The only draw back for this item that i can see is that it doesn’t have an indicator/clear window to show you how much water is left inside. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and cant wait to to keep my house even cleaner than before, a great tool to have.
