Been using these for years. Ditched all the more expensive brands. They dont stink with fake fragrance and they dont break. In my house they take some serious abuse too.

We bought a Krusher (trash can with compacting lid). Once you put the bag in, it would trap air on the sides reducing space. Also if you compacted too much, the bag would rip. I randomly found these Hipposak trash bags at the grocery store. Were pricey but I wanted to take advantage of my trash can features. These trash bags were perfect! The handles acted in two ways. One they made it easier to pull the bag out with one hand while holding the trash can down with the other. Secondly, the handles providing openings for air to easily escape when you compacted the trash. As far as durability, I have been using these for about 6 months now and not one has ripped or punctured. I started buying these on Amazon because I can buy them in bulk and it makes them the same price as a name brand bag. These trash bags and my trash can have made life easier. We do not make a ton of trash but we live in a townhome that requires a good walk to dispose of the trash. So no worries here. We take the trash out less and do not have to worry about breaks on the way to the outdoor trash can.

Bar none, these trash bags are simply exquisite. If you have a trash can with specially-fitted bags, those *might* be better for those specific cans, but these ones are absolutely show-stopping in every other case. The bottom of the bag is very heavily reinforced, to the point where I havent even once been worried about it busting even when holding 30+ pounds of garbage, and the handles are quite comfortable (especially compared to standard drawstring bags). Absolute recommendation, these are the bags you want.

Ill never buy the store-bought brands. This is a superior product.

This is by FAR the BEST trash bag on the market, in my opinion! Have been using for 2 1/2 years. Was very disappointed when the grocery stores, at least in my area anyway, stopped carrying this product. Not sure why. Then I found them on Amazon - happy day! I realize I am raving about a trash bag but they really are superior. They are stretchy at the top and do not fall down inside the trash can (most important feature and pet peeve of mine). They tie at the top and do not leak. Give them a try!

These are awesome. It is hard to find decent handle tie bags for less than an arm and a leg these days. These are better than store bags. The only bad thing I could say is that it would be nicer if they were attached to each other with a little weaker perforation or not at all. you have to yank them apart.

Best bags for tall kitchen trash cans. Good/sturdy thickness and has a fitted bottom. Just the right width to go into can easily and yet slightly hugs top of can. The large handles make removal quick and smooth.

They work, just a bit expensive and the box tears easy.

I chose these because they do not have a scent. They are thick enough to do the job!

I love these garbage bags, which is ridicules because their garbage bags. I used to use premium garbage bags, but Hippo sacks are so much better. They fit normal kitchen trash cans, and when I say they fit, I dont mean the stretch to fit, No need to use that stupid dirt ring to prevent the trash bag from falling in the can, They just fit. They have a reinforced bottom seam and about 2 over the top (plus handles). They dont leak, Their strong, I have never had a puncture (and we stuff our garbage). They are slightly translucent, but your garbage bag goes into the garbage can, so who cares. Its almost as if they are made by people that have actually used a garbage bag, want to make them right and put the extra few cents back into the product instead of the company pocket..
