> 3 dayBetter than steel wool since it doesnt rust or leave rust marks. So any outdoor place can be used. The mice wont eat through it. This is my third order as Ive used it at the cabin and on the RV. Good for sailboats also. Great stuff!

> 3 dayWorked perfectly to turn a piece of flat wood into a masterpiece. Took every little ding out of the wood with not very much effort. You can sand wood various ways, but often have a few marks that you just can not eliminate. This product will give a very perfect finish on the wood. Removes fine scratches. Sure it has its limits. You can not fix everything.

Greater than one weekThis stuff is great for projects around the house, and mine was removing light corrosion from some antique firearms. If you happen to be looking for this for that reason-it works great. Just use plenty of oil and be sure not to let too much grit build up on the same spot of wool.

Greater than one weekI bot this bronze wool because I was concerned that the steel wool would discolor some wood projects when using water based products over it due to risk for rust with flecks of the steel. This bronze wool did help with that but it seemed to fall apart quite easily and not last very long. I may try another brand next time I need some.

> 3 dayWorked well enough. Little bit more expensive than steel wool, but worth it depending what you are working on. Used for firearm conservation.

> 3 dayUse only this if you do not want any rust to develop on your metal and chrome. Works great to shine up and clean up those chrome bumpers on your classic ride!

> 3 dayI use this bronze wool on the exhaust pipes of my motorcycle. It gets the chrome nice and shiny! Burnt on bugs? Bronze wool. Accidentally touch hot pipes with synthetic fabrics? Bronze wool. Water spots? Bronze wool. This stuff is good for other chrome items... It doesnt work as well for aluminum.

> 3 dayI use Bronze wool when cleaning antique or collectible items. It is abrasive enough to clean and polish, but not course like Steel Wool, so it does not easily scratch an item or remove a plated finish.

> 3 dayIt was suggested by a fiend for a problem with rust on a blued gun barrel. It removed the rust without removing the blueing. It was great on other things with the same problems (rust can be bad down here on the gulf coast). It has been great to work with and does not in turn rust itself. Very satisfied.
