> 3 dayI would give this fan 5 stars but I never received the table fan that is advertised with the tower fan. Amazon sent a replacement set with the intent the 2nd tower fan to be returned. Again, it arrived without the table fan. The tower fan isnt the most powerful at high speed but it is WONDERFUL for sleeping. It has 8 speeds and is nearly silent at the lower speeds simulating a gentle breeze. Great for sleeping. It is also more slender than other tower fans so it fits in smaller spaces. I would like to review the table fan but cant seem to get it delivered.....

> 3 dayI do like the fan, conceptually, but right out of the box it has a clunky rattle on the lowest two settings, a high pitch whine on the highest setting, and a verity of noises when I turn on the rotate feature. Other than that it’s pretty quiet, and moves a decent amount of air. The remote lacks features, but it’s not a big deal. I’m tempted to buy another one and see if I just got a lemon the first time. (Also, it’s supposed to include a small fan too, but mine didn’t come with one)

> 3 dayThis fan is extremely simple to use. I set it up with no issue and started using it immediately. I like how clean the design is and that it doesn’t take up to much space. It is fairly quiet but I almost wish it was louder. I like to use louder fans as white noise when I sleep. The remote works very well so you don’t have to get up and walk directly to the fan every time you want to change a setting. Overall, this is a really nice fan and I think it’s well designed. The display on the top is top notch quality as well as everything else that comes along with the fan itself. Definitely a good buy!

> 3 dayIt does its job well. The remote and timer settings are very helpful. Well-thought design occupies very less space and fits anywhere.

> 3 dayOverall a great product. A large variety of speeds and runs relatively quiet at all of them; oscillates with a wide range and fits great in a corner to provide airflow to a medium sized room when you want to cool down but dont need to turn on the a/c. My only gripe is that the base feels cheap and flimsy. The fan itself will outlast its mount for sure.

> 3 dayThe title says it. The fan makes a cracking sound every time it’s oscillating, so I keep it still (I can’t sleep with it doing that). Other than that, it does its job.

> 3 day*TL:DR* Im dinging this review low despite the product being so amazing, because amazons Used Products policy is terrible. Maybe this will get someones attention, who knows. Used Fan was missing locking nut and thumbscrews for the base. I looked at my order here on Amazon and I couldnt find any way to message about the missing parts, when I clicked support on the order I was directed to a page with Honeywells contact information. I ended up ordering a replacement parts from Honeywell, because Amazons only form of support was to direct me to Honeywell. In this case I dont feel its Honeywells responsibility to replace parts that Amazon lost when repackaging this product. Honeywell did so, happily, at no expense to me. I would totally come back and make this review 5 stars if Amazon can step up and provide some actual answers or support for what is obviously an error on Amazons behalf. ***** Bought this fan used and I couldnt be happier with the performance of the fan. Used description said new product with damaged packaging. Sure enough the packaging was in tatters, the Thank you for giving this product a second life - Amazon stickers slapped all over the box was the only thing really keeping it together. Despite the sorry state of the box, at first look the fan sure does look new. Inside the box are a cardboard insert, the Fan (wrapped in plastic), two halves of the base (individually wrapped in plastic), the Remote (wrapped in plastic), and and assembly instruction card. No warranty card, no manual. The instruction card shows step 1 as how to snap the base together, and step 2 shows how to remove the locking nut from the base of the fan. Heres where I run into an issue: There isnt one on the bottom of the fan. I can see the threads where it would be screwed on, and its not there. I go back and check the box, nothing. Step 3 and 4 show how to align the fan to the base and secure it using the locking nut. At this point I figure I just want to see how the fan works, Ill worry about securing it later. And wow, this fan is amazing. Even on its lowest setting the airflow is considerable and the fan is almost completely silent, and on its highest setting the fan is still quiet while pushing out a considerable amount of air. And with 8 different settings you can find the balance that fits for you, mine is probably 6 or 7. The sleep setting was a must, and works as intended with options for 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours. There oscillation setting only goes in what looks to be a 90* angle, but that suits my needs perfectly. There is a button for changing the brightness of the LED on the fan, it doesnt bother me to much at its brightest but its a nice feature to have. (note about a flaw with the remote and this button/feature below) The remote is super handy and works pretty well. One issue I noticed is that there is no light setting on the remote and when you change the fan speed it resets the indicator light on the fan. The light isnt super bright at its brightest, but Im sure it could bother others more than it does me, so I mention it anyways. I cant speak for the range, its across the room from my desk but less than 20 feet away. Overall Im very happy with my fan and Im sure Ill be even happier when its fully and properly assembled with all the proper parts. Currently I have some tie wire carefully wrapped around the threads and gorilla tape wrapped around that to secure the fan to the base. Its pretty sturdy with this temporary fix while Im waiting on Honeywells parts to come in.

Greater than one weekVery loud after 6 months. Started off fine and quiet but now is very loud and seems like it’s not oscillating correctly. Don’t recommend
