Dissapointed handle is pulling apart

Use for cleaning business and it cleans everything! Easy to use, light weight for up and down stairs. Even use this to clean up some old theater seats it cleaned deep rust and dirt from metal and clean the fabric seat back to looking almost brand nee instead of about 30 year old barn keep item! It is amazing.

I bought this July 1st and by july 10th the main button stopped working then parts of the plastic body just started falling off so bummed cause it worked well but the cover to the wiring fell off today so I applied for refund

This is great for a quick spot clean but does not do a deep clean like I thought it would.

Leaks a little, but the cleaning power makes me not mind.

I had a cheaper version of a steam mop and thought this would be a better option. The steam mop being useful for other types of cleaning not just floor made me buy. There are attachments that come with it, the amount of steam is good. There are 2 water holding tanks and not just one. Its kind of heavy when you try to carry and use at the same time. This works for a clean floor, not a dirty floor. If you have hard water be careful when using. I have hard water stains after using when I used the tap water and used vinegar to remove stains. The attachment for tile type cleaning falls off, the steam is super hot and could burn your skin easily. Basic average steam mop, attachments are okay and its heavy to carry around. The price is high but has lasted after using many times. The quality is better than other steam mops purchased around this price point.

Works good for most all surfaces

Very disappointed in this item. I hooked it up and tried using it as soon I received it. It didnt clean like I thought it would. I would not purchase this item or recommend anyone to purchase it. I wish I could return it, but it has been about 2 wks and I dont think I would be able to at this point.

It came without all of the attachments but is a great product for small surfaces and no hard stains

I bought one of these the first week of March and it worked great until I moved on April 1st. It stopped working so I thought it was just from moving. Like maybe it got damaged or something. So I bought another one. That one lasted about a week before it stopped working too. I am so disappointed in this. Especially for the price. It should last a lot longer then this. Im working on getting a refund right now. I dont recommend buying this!
