It no longer produces steam. Just bought it and loved it at first but it started not wanting to produce steam and now nothing

This is my first ever steam cleaner, and if it did half the job it does, I would be a happy customer. This thing is AMAZING! I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the oven, but you can imagine how bad it was by looking at the door. I use this thing all over the house and it has removed years of nastiness that the previous homeowners apparently couldnt get up themselves (and some of our own gross stuff like the shower). It definitely takes some scrubbing along with the steam, but it WORKS! Lightweight and easy to bring up and down the stairs to anywhere you need it! Highly recommend!

I love this little gadget I could not wait to get it in the mail today. It was missing two pieces. The seller told me he would send out the missing pieces. I easily was able to clean my baseboards and mop my floors and disinfect all the areas I wanted to with the handheld device. I highly recommend this product, very pleased with it.

Doesn’t beat up as much as I thought. I bought it to clean my grout and it never got as hot to do so.

I’ve had this for a bit now and I really do like it. My biggest complaint, the water reservoir on the front of the unit does does click in and therefore, when u stand it upright, or take the small portion of the steamer out of the housing, the water reservoir falls out every.single.time. It’s annoying. I should’ve sent it back for a replacement but I failed to do so before the appropriate timing Amazon gives u.

I bought this July 1st and by july 10th the main button stopped working then parts of the plastic body just started falling off so bummed cause it worked well but the cover to the wiring fell off today so I applied for refund

Received the product with the steamer not working properly. Contacted them and they quickly sent us out a replacement without having to return the other which was very convienient. Really great customer service and product works really great as well for some good deep cleaning!

I really love being able to clean those super hard to clean spaces like the edges of stairs, grout, baseboard registers, etc... Its amazing for all of it. It also cuts through grease really easily, so kitchen cleaning is great. The floors are quite easy and it leaves a nice clean feeling - also dries quicker than a mop or swiffer. Only complaint is that the attachments make a very loud whistling type of sound - I need to wear ear plugs or I feel like Ive been at a concert after using it >.<

I love that it comes with the carpet glide attachment because my baby has severe dust mite allergy and we wanted to kill them in the carpet this way. I don’t love how I had problems getting the steam to come out on three occasions, all on the first day. Honestly it makes me not want to bother if I can’t be sure it’s going to work when I need it. The first time I set it up was for floor use, and it sounded like the pump was working but no steam. I read the troubleshooting in the manual, and re-seated the main tank. Eventually it produced steam, even though it was green light the whole time. The second time I had an issue was when the main tank got as low as in the picture. That pump sound re-appeared and didn’t go away. So I tried using the lift away canister and that worked. I refilled it and went to town, until the water level got to that point again, and it stopped working. I couldn’t get it to work on the floor mop again. Note: watch when using the hose. When you let your finger off the trigger, hang onto that hose till it’s done releasing steam or it’ll come back around and scald you! When it works, it cleans nicely. Haven’t tried it on clothing yet, or the carpet since I can’t get past the steam unreliability issue.
