Just received today. So great for tile and grout. The attachments are the absolute best. Exactly what u needed for those high traffic areas of my home.

My kitchen has a linoleum floor. Although I mop frequently, it doesn’t “feel” clean. Add to this two cats, several grandchildren, and lots of spills, drops, and drops. One use of this steam cleaner and my floor looked cleaner and felt clean. I also use it in the bathroom - just as amazing. Easy to use - long cord - best purchase I’ve made in quite a while.

I had a cheaper version of a steam mop and thought this would be a better option. The steam mop being useful for other types of cleaning not just floor made me buy. There are attachments that come with it, the amount of steam is good. There are 2 water holding tanks and not just one. Its kind of heavy when you try to carry and use at the same time. This works for a clean floor, not a dirty floor. If you have hard water be careful when using. I have hard water stains after using when I used the tap water and used vinegar to remove stains. The attachment for tile type cleaning falls off, the steam is super hot and could burn your skin easily. Basic average steam mop, attachments are okay and its heavy to carry around. The price is high but has lasted after using many times. The quality is better than other steam mops purchased around this price point.

Works good for most all surfaces

I’ve had this for a bit now and I really do like it. My biggest complaint, the water reservoir on the front of the unit does does click in and therefore, when u stand it upright, or take the small portion of the steamer out of the housing, the water reservoir falls out every.single.time. It’s annoying. I should’ve sent it back for a replacement but I failed to do so before the appropriate timing Amazon gives u.

Small tank stopped working. Handle feels lose when using and large tank only latched on one side.

I was amazed on how it picked up my dogs hair off the tile floors and I also tried the upholstery part that worked great as well . Priced right and works wonderfully. I will be purchasing one for my son who used it at his apartment and enjoyed using it. Thanks

This is great for a quick spot clean but does not do a deep clean like I thought it would.

Unit does a good job on tile grout. Have not tried it other surfaces yet
