Personally I dislike this alot. Its too heavy for me and I feel it is not easy to steam floors with.

Bought this as a gift for my sister. She really liked it! I recommend this for anyone. No complains. Everything came in perfection.

Leaks a little, but the cleaning power makes me not mind.

Handheld part is very light and the full thing isn’t unwieldy. Super easy to figure out and comes with lots of attachments. If you’re steaming any fabric or carpet it’s best to have something to suck up all the water, which this does not. I have a BISSELL little green and use the vacuum function to pick up everything the steam loosened up

not really happy with the amount of steam it provides , i have a steamer from 7 years ago that is awesome but no attachments

I agree with most people are saying I just dont think it gets hot enough. Did it pick up some dirt yes but I have it on max setting as well and although steam is coming out I just dont feel that it is enough to get the job done. I am going to keep the product because of the handheld part but may look for another mop. I have a German Shepard and just moved into a new house and still have a lot of dirt that the dogs track in. I use the swiffer mop that was getting ridiculous changing the pads but looks like I will still be using that for the high traffic areas as the floor is actually wet and looks mopped when I finish.

Hoover name, handles well, powerful easy, you see and smell the difference immediately. 1 suggestion have a power on button to stay on instead of holding the nozzle

I really love my steam mop. Its very easy to use and I can clean almost everything in my house. Ive used it to clean shoes to take tough stains off of clothing. It really makes cleaning easier my kids enjoy having a steam mop. Its even motivated them to help with the cleaning just so they can be able to use it on the floors.

At first I liked this mop. It’s my second steam mop - my first was a Bissell which after 3 years died on me. I was told Hoover is far superior. At first this is great - the shape is perfect to get into all the corners and crevices and the fact that you can take the mops apart to use as a handheld steamer or a carpet cleaner all sounds great, right? Thing is it doesn’t really clean unless your constantly pressing that steam trigger - which the instructions say not to do. When I don’t use it, there’s no heat, there’s no steam and the floors just don’t get clean. My Bissell got too wet but it cleaned far better than the Hoover.

It came without all of the attachments but is a great product for small surfaces and no hard stains
