I’ve had this for 8 months and used less than 10 times. It worked great until it blew up and the nozzle broke. I contacted Hoover for a replacement but this is not an authorized retail seller so the warranty was voided. Had I known, I would’ve just bought it at a store and not from Amazon. So sad.

Used this in everything in my home, carpets, mattress, tile, windows, then it just stopped working after 2 months. Customer service at Hoover is a joke!!

Bought this as a gift for my sister. She really liked it! I recommend this for anyone. No complains. Everything came in perfection.

I do like this product, I don’t like the fact you have to hold the button down the whole time you steam the floor it’s exhausting

I have only had this for a few days and overall I like it. As a floor cleaner it is light-weight, easy to store, and does a great job on floors without having to use chemicals. I thought initially the water reservoir would be too tiny to be practical but it actually lasts a rather long time even on high steam. My complaints are with the hand-held portion of the cleaner. It works, however, it is very cumbersome to use. It is hard for it to stand on its own if you are using the hose attachment. In addition with the trigger for steam being where it is it is difficult to maneuver with it. The tool attachment for the back also is entirely useless as if you are using the hose it will quickly knock all accessories off in short order.

It came without all of the attachments but is a great product for small surfaces and no hard stains

It worked really well for a month or so now the steam starts and stops So I have to start and stop while cleaning that is frustrating. Pro— love all the attachments Love that I can go from floors to a handheld steamer quickly Con— after a month of heavy use it starts and stops putting our steam at will. I don’t like to have to hold down a trigger to get steam. My had gets quite sore I would prefer that when it is turned on the steam would just flow. Overall not a bad steamer for home

Unlike some steam cleaners, this one is powerful. It really heats up and shoots out steam. It was pretty easy to assemble and use. I didnt take it apart to use as a handheld yet but the floor cleaning part of it worked well.

I have tile floors and active dogs. It was easy to put together and did a good job.

I love this product so much I emailed 100 of my neighbors and titled the subject Public Service Announcement. I cleaned the interior windows of my house, 3 interior and 2 exterior slider glass doors, the front storm door front and back, the stove and microwave and the kitchen floor in 1.5 hours. It does an AMAZING job on windows not cleaned in years. I used a large squeegee to clean up the extra water, and Windex and paper towels to finish them. NO STREAKS, simple and quick too! I cant say enough about how pleased I am with this product. Buy it, you wont be disappointed!
