Absolutely love this laptop. My 8 year old uses it for his homeschool and loves it.

My daughter seems to love her new chrome book. That is whats important to me

I’m giving it a 3 so those with doubts will find my review.

We bought 2 of these in September for virtual learning. Both of these computers started out OK, they’re both incredibly slow and despite multiple attempts to fix this, it did not work. Within 5 months one of them just stopped working and won’t even turn on. This is a great brand which is why I purchased these, but I think these are refurbished and selling as new because there is reason for a computer to stop working within 5 months. The computers were not used for school use, so they weren’t overused or obtained a virus because the school network is very restricted. Not acceptable and do not recommend.

Do not like doing personal stuff on work laptop these days. Companies are too invasive. This was a great, inexpensive solution. Decent speed--not stunning but perfectly fine for browsing, writing, etc.

Screen is very matte and reflective but I guess thats because its a touch screen.

Well, dont learn the hard way these chromebooks are just very basic tablets. Period. And I just thought it was a new style, not a completely DIFFERENT machine. So, when I saw the chart list windows 10 the deal was done. Its a HP and 14in 2020 computer so no I failed to read the comments. In fact , it has like 5 icons. Thats the entire computer. A chrome search engine, files, cam, And settings. So, yeah whats the need for a touchscreen when you.have jack to.touch?

I love it.

So far the Chrome Book has been just as good as the more expensive Macs!

This chrome book ran great for two months then would no longer power on. It would not light up. Watched several video resets but none worked. Trying to reach HP for warranty. With Covid 19 virtual school, this Chromebook has fallen flat on its face leaving my Kindergarten grandchild heart broken and lagging behind.
