This chromebook has a great battery life. I find it to be not very user friendly. When I try to close tabs I have to press the close numerous times to close windows and my downloads to not stay and I have to search for them everytime.

I intended to use the Chromebook as an emergency back up computer, to my HP pavillion. It would not take the University Canvas software download. Which meant that it was useless, and very limited in scope. You get what you pay for. Fortunately, while having to eat a 20% re-stocking charge, I was able to get a small refund, which I applied to the purchase of another Pavillion. Now I am in good order, and my HPs are talking to each other. Also, the memory RAM is greater, and I can pretty much download, and utilize, any software that I choose. Spend the money, and get the Pavillion. It will save you from having any headaches with future class requirements. Frank Vaiden.

Very happy with the product.

I bought this for a friend that doesnt need a very powerful laptop, as I do for my business. It is compact, but just a tad heavier than I expected. Set up is quick and easy. Some fairly simple tasks required an extensive amout of Google searching and trial and error. However with a little trial and error, we figured most of it out. I recommend it, overall.

Liked the touchscreen, product was average weight, looked to be new condition. The laptop itself was overheating and shutting off repeatedly. More downtime than up.
