> 3 dayWe ordered this computer and it arrived later than expected, my son is in the military and was deployed before he received it I called to get assistance in returns from his base and they were little help. Wouldn’t work with me on getting the item returned! Not so great with military families.

I tried contacting HP for support and it is telling me the warranty ran from September 2018 to November 2019. How is it possible that my warranty started 10 months before I purchased the laptop. I am extremely disappointed. Especially during these times when I am working from home this device is essential.
