Purchased for my granddaughter for high school.

Bought this chromebook January 2, 2021 - died March 18, 2022! Second HP product Ive purchased that has not last long. Chromebook was only used to play games on maybe 2-3 hours per night. Should have lasted alot longer than what it did. No more HP products for me! Second one that did not last long.

Purchased 2 of these for my 10-year old twins to use for virtual learning. They like them - touchscreen and touchpad are easy to use. After 14 months, 1 of them completely crashed (the other is still fine). I did not purchase a protection plan so we are out of a $200 laptop. This is probably the only time we could have actually used it!

Then died a week after the return date. So after about six weeks of ownership, stopped taking a charge, so now we have a dead gray brick. Since I couldnt return it, I opened it up. No burn marks or unseated cables. Something just quietly died with no warning or indication of what component failed. I was a great laptop for its price while it lasted. Screen wasnt great and had a narrow viewing angle compared to higher end laptops, but good for the price point. Now that it failed, it was obviously not seen as such a great deal.

I like it the only thing is the screen is too small.

I am loving the chrome book. Need it when I work from home

Do not buy this! It doesn’t work. I was able to finally turn it on and it shut off by itself! And it was running super slow!!
