> 3 dayI tutor via Zoom and was going out of town so I bought the first one of these so that the students wouldnt miss their sessions. It died and would not restart after about 3 hours of operation over a week or so. Thinking this was a one time event, I returned the useless item and had it replaced. Got it set up minimally and had to leave town. In the middle of the first Zoom session, the device died and could not be revived. I returned that as well. Totally useless.

> 3 dayThis chromebook has a great battery life. I find it to be not very user friendly. When I try to close tabs I have to press the close numerous times to close windows and my downloads to not stay and I have to search for them everytime.

Greater than one weekLiked it very much, but only after one month, it completely died... as in nothing, no warning, just went blank. I thought maybe could have been a problem with the power source, not charging. So I ordered a replacement adapter, but wasnt the case. It is such a hassle to return stuff! Will never order another Hp...
