Not sure how a powdered dye has thickness or warmth, but it is very easy to uses. The colors created can vary in intensity and can result in solids or variegated.

I had an old wool sweater that I have loved for years. It was stained & I feared unwearable. This dye was easy to use & did a great job. My sweater is like new!

I realy wanted to dye a butt ugly cashmere sweater I had. My first try with rit turned the poor thing 2 colors of red and blue. After trying this I used it on another item and both came out tremendous. Nice and black not cloudy and not 34 shades of red...BLACK. i recommend this for wool items it worked like a dream for me.

Until I knew I could buy an 8oz jar, I was still buying handfuls of half ounce jars from another vendor!

Beautiful finish on my silk scarves. Used it to represent blood for a production. I washed them one time first and followed directions... Just let the wash cycle run hottest setting with the dye instead and it turn out beautiful.

Gives a nice rich shade of red, exactly the shade of a red long stemmed rose. One of my favorites
