Jacquard Acid Dye - Pink - 1/2 Oz Net Wt - Acid Dye for Wool - Silk - Feathers - and Nylons - Brilliant Colorfast and Highly Concentrated

I used this dye to color a swim suit. Worked great, completely covered the original color underneath, just make sure to continue stirring the fabric while its in the dye or you will get uneven spots.

I used this product to dye a cashmere poncho. This garment is also labeled as “dry clean only” but I gave it a chance anyway. I used the stovetop method and it was really easy and I had no problem with the color saturating the garment. With the stovetop method you can control the temperature and water content so the dye sets really well, so I don’t think I needed as much as I used. A LOT of dye was left when I rinsed and washed it out. But considering the low cost and ease of use, I don’t think this is a big loss.

Not sure how a powdered dye has thickness or warmth, but it is very easy to uses. The colors created can vary in intensity and can result in solids or variegated.

It came unsealed and almost empty! I will never order from here again!!

The dye was awesome, it was my first attempt at ombre and I was very happy with it. The only problem, when I washed it in cold water, all the dye came out and now my dress is very light pink.

Ive been using Jacquard True Black for years and getting a nice dark black with 1 Tablespoon of powder to 1/2# of washed wool fleece. This dye Jet Black gave me black with copper brown tips at the same ratio. I noticed when I first mixed it that it has a very brown look to it.

it didnt dye anything this dark purple.. everything was pastel purple with this dye... :(

Im thinking it was more user error but I followed the directions. Color was dull and didnt last. The shirt I did washed out and looked like it was put in the wrong color wash. I have use other dyes and didnt have the same problem.
