Jacquard Acid Dye - Pink - 1/2 Oz Net Wt - Acid Dye for Wool - Silk - Feathers - and Nylons - Brilliant Colorfast and Highly Concentrated

My favourite brand for acid dyes. This one is a very strong blue, so use sparingly.

The dye was awesome, it was my first attempt at ombre and I was very happy with it. The only problem, when I washed it in cold water, all the dye came out and now my dress is very light pink.

Works

This dye is very unstable. It is the worst bleeder/fugitive dye ever. It keeps burping up color, even when washed in cool water. I am a professional dyer, 30 years experience. Dharma dye brand is much more stable. Avoid this color!

This dye must be old. Mixed up thick and according to directions yet the dye did not take and wound up very light blue. Extremely disappointed.

I died feathers and wanted them at different shades so did them for different times. They go from a light yellow (~10 min) to a golden rod (30 min)

Fabric came out a Bright Jewel Tone Emerald --- picture sample lead me to believe it was darker than it turned out to be. Might have been the type of fabric...Looked beautiful but much Brighter than I had originally planned.

Does not stay ring after dried
