This thing is awesome! We keep it in the back of the car at all times. My daughter is very afraid of big potties and this is our solution. We buy the refill bags and its so convenient. I originally bought it for use on a trip and even brought it on the airplane. We still use it now. On outings I just ask her if she needs to go (usually while exiting or entering the car) and I open up the back hatch of my car, she hops in and goes. I keep a little pack of diaper wipes in the bag with it. Then before walking into a store (or the park) I just tie up the bag and toss it in the garbage on my way in. Nothing to clean up and I dont have to hunch over a public bathroom telling my daughter over and over to stop touching everything. Sometimes well bring it to parks near us that dont have bathrooms. Weve been using this for about 10 months now and are only on our second pack of refill packs. Totally worth it.

Oh my goodness this thing is genius. My 3 year old just potty trained and I wasn’t sure how we were going to do public toilets until a friend told me about this. It comes with a travel bag and folds up small enough to fit inside my diaper backpack. I unfold the legs and he uses it when we are on a public toilet. I love that the legs provide a handle for him to hold so he’s not touching a nasty toilet. I haven’t used it as a stand alone potty yet but the concept of being able to put a bag in it and then dispose of it is genius. It comes with three bags with padding on the bottoms but I would think you could double up on shopping bags after those run out ? I am recommending this to all my mom friends.

I just got this a couple of days ago, but weve already put it to good use. My daughter has just decided to be potty trained, and I wanted to be serious about it. So, a day after she started, we went to a doctors appointment. I had no clue what to do about going in public with a toddler who wasnt wearing a diaper, so I decided to take our regular potty seat. It was big and bulky and barely fit in my diaper bag (I have a 6-month old, too, so the bag was packed out). When I came home from that appointment, is when I decided to look for an alternative to the regular potty seat. Someone told me about the foldable seats, and thats what I was going to get. Then I came across the potette 2-in-1. It seemed to be exactly what I needed. Were going on a few trips this summer, and toilets might not always be around, so I really needed something that could be both a potty seat and a potty chair. Its small enough to easily fit in a packed out diaper bag (dont get me wrong, its still bulky, but I cant imagine it being any smaller than it is), it comes in nice bag to keep everything else around it sanitary, and its just an all-around great concept! My daughter has successfully used it as a seat on a regular sized toilet out in public twice already. She hasnt used it as a potty chair yet, but I did have her sit on it to test it out. Its very sturdy. I cant say enough good things about this product and will be recommending it to all my friends! UPDATE: Its been a week and we have used this item so many times, and both ways - as a chair and a a seat on a regular toilet. This one product has been so instrumental in keeping the potty training going away from home. Weve used it in the car, in a parking lot, in public restrooms, at church, at a park....everywhere! Its a must-have.

As a parent of two and older sister to 8 I have caught myself in many situations where there simply was no potty. With my youngest being a boy and most of my siblings being the same there was always the option of the tree. Then I started to experience the I have to go (poop) and cant hold it situations with my son. Along, came my daughter who of course cannot pee standing up and we were in for hell (we all know it doesnt really matter how many times you tell them to go before you leave). The first time I had my daughter pee in a cup in the car, or on the side of the road (same road trip), I knew there had to be a better option. She refused pull ups or to pee in her pants so instead it was an insistent scream that she had to go (If you would have heard it the cup would have been an option for you too). So I looked and looked and came across many options. Price wise this was my choice and I stuck gold. The liners are my favorite part they are like grocery bags with diapers built in to absorb pee without any splatter. This is also a no cleaning items as the bag covers the entire seat and you just through it away. As a bonus the seat can be used in the restroom as a cover ( I have yet to do this because I like the cleanliness of the potty with just the bags. Yes I have even used it in the bedroom with my son once when company was over and the bathroom was taken and we had an I have to go moment.

I decided to potty train my little boy before he turned 2 1/2. He did so amazing so quickly that I didnt know what I was going to do when we went out in public (I had assumed it would take so much longer than it did, and hadnt planned on taking him out for much longer). I order 2 of these potties and the extra pack of disposable bags, one for my car and one for my husband. I love that I can take it into a store or restaurant and use it on the toilet, or we can set it up in the car or even just on the ground and he can use it. Its so easy and it works so well. I am also pleased with how it works for a boy, as many potties dont have an adequate guard in the front to prevent spraying. My only complaint is that I dont feel like the legs are as sturdy as they could be, but so far they havent collapsed so I might just be paranoid. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a travel potty.

Too short for a tall toddler for regular use, but small enough for easy packing. I got this for a camping trip, since my almost-4 toddler sometimes needs to go asap overnight and I didnt want to wake up baby sister to take them both to the camp restroom. And figured itd be a great solution for the emergency need-to-go-now moments at playgrounds and traveling. I bought the liners, which fit nicely, and can tell itd do the job. Great folding, feels secure, easy to set up and clean. But my very tall toddler sat on it once in the tent, (had her knees up by her ears and I was afraid pee was about to spray everywhere except the lining), and she decided shed rather go to the camp restroom instead... So it hasnt been used yet. Its still good to have in the car for emergencies. Definitely not what Id buy for regular use for a tall kid though. Probably will be more useful when starting potty training my next baby.

My daughter is tiny and started to potty train at 22 months. I had no idea what to do while we were out. She wouldnt go to the potty unless I gave her privacy, but I couldnt sit her on regular sized toilets or she would definitely fall in. And I thought I couldnt bring around her toilet training potty with me. I found this and thought I would give it a try. Its incredible! It folds up and fits in my bag, so I bring it everywhere with me. It sits right on the toilet, kinda fits inside, on some toilets it doesnt fit exactly right, but Ive never had an issue with it falling off or being unstable. The little handles on the sides are great for the child to hold on to while they go. While driving, Ive had to pull over and use it. Its easy to set up within a few seconds, make sure you hear the clicks, the bags are somewhat of a pain to get out of the bag and a bit of a pain to get onto the potty, but I suppose anything you do under pressure can be a little challenging. My favorite feature of the product is that it folds up and can fit in my bag and its light. Ive recommended it to all of my friends.

Great idea! So easy to use!! I was sceptical at first thinking it looked too simple but after trying it out its perfect for one offs. A few improvements I would make: - these would be great if they came in two sizes. This one is very small so my son has to really position himself to ensure the wee goes down into the potty - I had to lift the bag in front (which is a tip for others with boys having the same problem). A bigger one with bigger seat and higher legs would be terrific! My son is on the 98th percentile for height and weight so we struggle to find things that will work sometimes - the legs pull right out when clipping them in and out.. No biggy but a stopper of some kind would help so as to not have to try 2-3 times each time Tips for other buyers: The bags they supply are great but also easily DIY - just keep a few biodegrade bags in your car along with a roll of absorbent paper towels. Take a piece of paper towel, place it in the bottom of the biodegrable plastic bag and voila! - this is terrific for use in the back of an SUV. I like to avoid public toilets - something that was harder with a toliet trainer and this makes it possible! - pair this with training pants (I like the under the Nile organic cotton ones), a piddle pad (the bumble baby car seat protector works great), and a great setup at home (I love the potty stool with handles & Xpress trainer toilet seat) and you will have one confident, happy and fully toilet-learned toddler before you know it ;)

The product is high quality, stable, it is important to hear a click when you open the legs. We tried it at trip with a 3-year-old girl and it worked great. The girl was satisfied and so were we, because until now she had a hard time sitting down on nature walks. Now we will buy nylons with a pad.

This little potty is great for travel. We go my oldest sons baseball games alot and sometimes the facilities are a far walk for toddler legs. But when they are close she will use it on the big potty. But the travel bag reminds of a patient belongings bag you get from the hospital wish they would have thought alittle better on bag. My toddler is now fully trained and she can get on the potty seat on her own.
