KT Tape, Pro Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips

Arrived next day which was awesome! It didn’t stick all that well to me, which is a bummer. I was hoping to get a couple days out of it but it started rolling on my back the day it was placed after activity. I do sweat a lot so that may be part of the problem. It also made my skin super dry and itchy so be wary of that if you have sensitive skin!

This product works as advertised and is definitely worth every penny. It doesnt come off when exposed to water, it relieves muscle pain, and its reasonably priced. The bonus of this KT Tape Pro is that it comes in a reusable, plastic, compact, cylindrical case that can be used for other purposes. The only downsides are that when you sweat, this KT Tape Pro gets a bit itchy, and tiny bits of tape stick to your skin (and are difficult to remove) when you peel off the tape.

Best thing ever ! It has worked for all of injuries... when I say all injuries I literally mean all injuries. I have two bad knees , one which is completely blown out and I use nothing but KT tape s AssNd a couple ibuprofen on the worst days. I broke my tibia about six months ago and I hate drs! I did go to the ER 2 days later (only because I was concerned I had restricted blood flow) and confirmed the break but was too swollen for casting. I never went back or had a follow up. KT tape was introduced to me and it actually got me through the long recovery. I highly suggest you do not try to do the same, use KT tape but don’t be an idiot like I am. I’m ruined probably for life lol :.... still won’t go to The dr but I definitely will continue to use kt tape. I use both original and love the pro . Has prevented pain everywhere from my carpal tunnel in my wrist and arthritis in all my joints to old sports injuries and knee surgeries. This is really the best thing ever? Stabilizes while preventing pain.

When I first used this product, I was going through so much muscle pain from the arthritis in my knees and shoulder pains. I work overnights and this definitely came in handy cause I applied it before I started working and would go through the entire night without pain. When it was time for me to remove the tape, I can tell the difference cause the pain would return. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who is active like myself that needs anything that can relieve pain without medication.

Not sure if this the production line and/or quality of this particular color, beige, it did not adhere at all like the other two colors, blue and black, I used many times in the past and stayed at least 2 days! It is worst than the cotton version I used, It kept coming off as I start running, knees mostly but lower back also did not stay after 1st time I took shower!

KT Tape is amazing. I have a hip injury from running that Ive had contrast MRI, physical therapy and pain reliving drugs. Nothing worked expect KT Tape. I can run 8 miles as long as Im wearing it with no pain.

After tearing a muscle, the doctor suggested this tape to relieve the pain while I healed. Doc was correct! I didnt even notice the tapes were there. Would highly recommend.

KT tape is so useful for so many injuries and sprains. I rely on it a lot
