I have been using 3 of these for night lights in carport, porch, and stairs. They have been exposed to all types of weather with no issues. Just as bright as having a floodlight.

Our house is located on a dark street and has been targeted in the past by thieves and vandals. We purchased four of these kits to install under the eaves of our roof which provided excellent lighting. It took less than four hours for me and my wife to install the lights. We could have done it faster, but shes a perfectionist. I gave the installation a slightly less than perfect rating since some of the brackets in the kits were mis-shaped and didnt fit properly. But even that wasnt a big problem since we didnt use all of them anyway. I would recommend these to anyone wanting similar lighting for their home.

I brought 3 and 1 out of them The led chips have gone out but even with those out their still very bright.

These were to replace old rope lights round a palm tree that had burned out. Even tho these are ‘strip’ rather than ‘rope’ they are still fully encased in PVA - not like the adhesive indoor LED strips. BUT - as a result the lights are only viewable from ONE SIDE not all round like rope lights. They’re also brighter (and less warm white) than I anticipated but they usually either dim with time or as the PVA casing clouds over from UV instability. Generally very happy with purchase !

Installed these under my deck rail. theyre very bright so under is good. They seem very well made. Solid, square so easier to line up untwisted. The instructions tell you you can cut them once - at the cut marks on the lights. There are NO cut marks I could find. Had to install the whole 50 feet up and down deck rail posts and whatnot. Sealing the ends was easy as can be. There were plenty of little brackets and tiny little screws to fasten them. I dont know whose hands could hang on to those tiny screws while screwing them in - not mine. And of course - their slogan. :) Illuminate You Happy Every Day. hahahahaaha All in all - I like them

These light strip is well designed and built. Love the fact it came with 2 feeds and end caps etc. My major issue is that the Warm White version is NOT warm white, 2700-3000 Kelvin color. These lights are in fact very bright and provide incredible lumens but they are definitely Bright White (4000K) not warm white as someone else wrote as well.

This of LED lights, that you would put in the inside window. Im not sure why it was listed as a rope light. I had to return it, it absolutely would not work as a rope light

Was searching for over a year for a 110V strip LED lights in long length for out door use. This product was it. I’m using it on the over hanging lip of a marble paver stair around a pool. I secured the strip lighting with Gorilla clear industrial strength glue. So far so good. They’re very bright and seem to be holding up very well after 3 months of use.

These lights are BRIGHT! They also appear to be longer then the round rope lights they replaced, but its an optical illusion. They are flat and even though they were rolled up, they were flat right out of the box. I didnt have to unwind them and leave them be for a few days like I normally do with standard rope lights. They are super easy to hang, they are very light weight, and they are bright! I can see the glow before I see my house! I have them on a wrap around porch and they are up so that they are facing towards the house, not out from it. I wanted the porch to be well lit. I am thinking about trying them so they are facing the drive. With as bright as these are, I think I will still have a well lit porch. As soon as I can figure out how to do it, I will post pictures and update this review. If you want a lot of light, these are perfect. If you want a more subtle light, then these arent the ones you want.

We have used these rope lights on the palm trees lining our main downtown street (Jackson Street in Harlingen, Texas). People use to say that it was dark walking down the street in the evening. Well, since we installed these rope lights on about 80 palm trees it is not dark any more. We have them on timers to come on about dusk and turn off at midnight. It is truly a sight to behold.
