Its a fine device, but it really lacks audio quality and volume. Sort of disappointing. I had to buy a Bluetooth speaker to make it suitable for music and video.

The first one i bought the touch screen went out the first day i got it. Amazon accepted the return no problem was great on their end. However the replacement worked great for just about a month and then i had the same issue. and of course the return window is closed for it. i cant advise anyone to buy this product.

1. Device was purchased new but the warranty was activated 6 months prior (obvious renewed)

When is flip. The touch screen does not work at all and is not sofware because i setting menu . And still not work

The power adapter quit working with no visible damage. It was plugged into a surge protector so the was no external reason. All within a year if chrome book purchase.

Replaced an old barely functioning tablet and love my new chromebook.

I bought the product and the wifi stopped working. The mouse path is poor quality, but I endured it.

Got this for a friend who only uses email and social. Overall ok but didn’t care for keyboard and not so intuitive to use.
