Touch screen just stopped working the second day I had it. Had to return it. Oh and I had to pay for shipping to return it. Wont be buying anything from this seller again.

I have owned several Chromebooks over the years and Ive had this one for few months now. Its loaded with features and the Chrome OS comes with everything imaginable to make it easy to use and more accessible. But as others have stated in their reviews, this Chromebook freezes and crashes constantly. Its like they made an amazing system that the device cannot support. Even when doing basic functions (watching youtube or going on facebook), my screen will freeze and I have to reboot the device. Ive even had to wipe it completely a few times. Honestly, its very disappointing. The reality of reading all the things that it supposedly can do and then not really being able to use them. If I were you, Id shop around and get something else.

It seems to work well so far for my sons 6th grade schoolwork but the only odd thing is that I ordered Blizzard white but got the grey version. Its not a huge deal, but its odd that the specific color is listed in the item title (as opposed to an option the user selects before adding to cart) and its incorrect. Ill update this review later this semester if anything changes...stay tuned...

If i still had the box i would return it yesterday. Will not let you down load some programs. Will not work with my hp printer. The hdmi doesnt work with movie streams it does work with you tube. B F D

Dont know if I would have been a happy with this paying full price. But since I got it on Black Friday, it was a great upgrade for when I need it outside of my work laptop. Its small, but heavier than my previous Chromebook (probably because of the touch screen). I noticed it runs warmer and battery life not as great as my old (2020) HP 11 Chromebook that has the same processor.

Highly disappointed. Bought for my son for school and straight of the box, the touchscreen is non responsive. Ordered a replacement and hoping for better luck. Not a good first impression. Will update when I receive replacement. This is the 2021 model.

The Touch screen stopped working on the third day. I tried a dozen different fixes that were recommended on the internet both from Chromebook and the manufacturer...nothing worked!

Cant really do much with this... if you only need to use the internet then that works.... cant download anything.
